Chapter 59: Brother Four Likes To Hit People

“That is quite rude,” Li Weiyin played along.

Not wanting Li Weiyin to dislike his Brother Three, Xu Yimo quickly tried to help him salvage some points. “Brother Three doesn’t like to talk, but he’s really impressive. He’s better at studying than all of us. His drawings are the nicest; Mommy particularly likes them. And he plays the piano well; Auntie particularly likes it.”

“Don’t you like him?” Li Weiyin found it amusing; Xu Yimo was so innocent that he was helping the one at a disadvantage.

“I like Brother Two the most, followed by Brother Four, and finally Brother Three.” After he finished, he seemed to realize something and quickly corrected himself, “But, I like Yinyin the most at the moment. I like you more than I like them.”

His eyes were clear like the blue sky outside; a single color without any clouds. Li Weiyin couldn’t help but smile.

Although Xu Yimo was innocent and immature, his every move warmed her heart.

“What about your Brother Four?” Li Weiyin smiled.

“Sigh…” Xu Yimo sighed like an old man. He looked like an anxious child and Li Weiyin couldn’t help but laugh.

Xu Yimo did not see her expression and continued to sigh, “Brother Four is really naughty. He always runs out at night and no one knows what he does. Every time he does it, Mommy gets really worried…”

As he said this, Xu Yimo leaned in close to Li Weiyin, “Mommy even hired a lot of bodyguards to watch over Brother Four!”

Li Weiyin figured who Xu Yimo was talking about. After all, he was being chased by bodyguards the first time they met.

Li Weiyin did not ask any further. This seemed to be all that Xu Yimo knew. He liked her so much, but he did not warn her about any of his brothers. That must mean none of them were violent in his mind.

“Yinyin…” Xu Yimo seemed to hesitate for a while before he hooked his pinky finger with Li Weiyin’s. “If you meet Brother Four, you need to be careful. Brother Four likes to hit people…”

Oh great, she had to take back the thoughts she just had. After calming down a little, she looked back at him.

All of a sudden, she began to suspect that he taught Han Qiu a lesson that night because his hands were itchy and he wanted to hit someone.

It wasn’t that she had no conscience, but dissociative identity disorder made her feel a fear of the unknown.

“OK, I will keep my distance from him,” Li Weiyin nodded with seriousness.

Xu Yimo opened his mouth but he did not speak up for Brother Four like he did for his Brother Three.

He was a little selfish. His Brother Four attracted a lot of women. Apparently, a woman even threatened to commit suicide when she couldn’t find him.

Brother Two told him that Brother Four was too unrestrained and promiscuous, and told him not to let Yinyin like him.

So, Xu Yimo did not mention that his Brother Four once said he would never hit a woman.

After they returned home, Mrs. Xu was not there but she managed to rush back before dinner. That night, Xu Yazheng prepared dinner.

“Auntie’s cooking doesn’t taste good,” Xu Yimo prodded his rice bowl angrily after taking two bites of the food.

Since he was 8, Xu Yazheng did not hold any grudges, “You never complained about my food before you married a wife.”

“But I’m indeed married now,” Xu Yimo replied firmly.

“Can you bear to make your wife cook for you every day?” Xu Yazheng asked.

“Auntie’s cooking is quite good,” Xu Yimo quickly scooped some rice into his mouth after hearing this.
