Ye Xian’er looked at Ye Tianyi when she saw that it was Bai Hanxue calling. Ye Tianyi glanced at the phone and extended his hand, “I’ll answer it.”

Ye Xian’er ignored him, took her phone, and went to the balcony.

“Hanxue,” Ye Xian’er said softly.

Bai Hanxue was silent for two seconds, then asked, “Are you free today?”

Ye Xian’er was dazed as she nodded, “Yes.”

“Let’s go shopping in the afternoon.”

Ye Xian’er was more surprised.

“Hanxue, Lil Yi…”

“I don’t want to talk about him. There’s a get-together party at the academy tonight. Let’s go together.”

Ye Xian’er thought about it and nodded. “Alright.”

“Bye.”

Bai Hanxue then hung up the phone.

Bai Hanxue did not have many friends. While many people wanted to be her friend, they could never become good friends. Her personality was too different from others. Ye Xian’er and Bai Hanxue had been close friends for years, and Bai Hanxue saw Ye Xian’er as her best friend. They had similar personalities after all. Bai Hanxue had been feeling troubled in recent days, and she thought shopping with Ye Xian’er would help relieve some of her troubles. Whenever she was alone, she felt more troubled. Maybe Ye Xian’er had some ideas on how to deal with Ye Tianyi. She had never faced matters like this before. She did not know what to do.

Ye Xian’er left while Ye Tianyi was about to finish.

“I’m going to school,” Ye Tianyi said, wiping his mouth.

“About Hanxue’s matter, she’s been extremely patient and accommodating with you. Please, act with discretion..”

Ye Xian’er looked at Ye Tianyi.

No classes were being held at Tensui Academy today. Everybody was preparing for the get-together party tonight. Why would they organize the party? First, it was a festivity. Second, Tensui Academy and Tenseng Academy would organize a martial art competition every year, and according to tradition, everybody wanted to relax before the competition. Thus, they organized a party. They do it every year.

“Good morning, flat-chest,” Ye Tianyi greeted Huo Shui with a smile.

“Morning, stupid,” Huo Shui replied with discontent.

Ye Tianyi shrugged. He felt sorry for making her cry last night, so he did not want to bother her any further.

“Brother Ye, Brother Ye.”

Li Bang ran in. Smiling, he said, “Brother Ye, tonight is the get-together party. You’ll come, won’t you?”

Ye Tianyi, “???”

The schoolmates around them were secretly stunned. Could it be? Ye Tianyi wanted to come to the party?

“Why would I come?”

Ye Tianyi scratched his head.

“Brother Ye, don’t play dumb with me.”

Li Bang laughed and said to Ye Tianyi, “Everyone will be at the party, Brother Ye, and you’re the crème de la crème. You wouldn’t let go of a great opportunity to be admired by others. Furthermore, a few masters and pretty boys will be there, too, so you have to show them that you’re greater than them. The place had belonged to Huo Shui, who naturally, was going to compete with Tenseng Academy. However, after what happened last night, they decided that Ye Tianyi should take her place instead. She believed that Ye Tianyi had no talent to show.

Poetry reading at a get-together party? Hahaha, she must prepare some popcorn and coke.
