Ch 35 , wondering how much regret points I’m giving Liu Jiang by reading this novel. It’s not objectively terrible but I should have dropped back on chapter 10 when I started skimming chapters out of boredom. Dream fruit was cool but stirring up emotions to gain points just isn’t my style of story, I usually hate drama. Don’t think this novel is for me.

Mc is a average chinese guy who transmigrated over, but after adjusting to his new world becomes a complete psychopath. Around chapter 30 he is torturing prisoners to get fear points.
The way he gets points is to stir emotions in others- be if fear,jealousy, anger, joy etc.
However that gets old rather quick imo.
It’s like a really light reading where you can skip over pointless parts.
Considering other novels from this batch,this one is the best lol

I read mtl up until chapter 376. This novel’s charm in the beginning disappear and become the usual OP-MC-conquers-all story. Everything following the template of usual cultivation novel. It is not funny anymore.
