His words created an awkward atmosphere. Zhuang Chun’s face turned ugly; somebody approached to usher her back to her seat. Zhuang Chun was apparently so upset that she was near tears.

“I’m sorry, Teacher Su, we’ll be heading back now. You should drink less too, alcohol isn’t good for the body.” Gu Qingxin took Bai Qianqian back to their seat.

“Teacher Su is awesome.”

“Don’t waste your time with people like Zhuang Chun in the future, she’s bad news. Haven’t you heard the saying, rather offend a gentleman than a villain?” Gu Qingxin squeezed her hand tightly.

“Got it. So if we see a lump of crap on the road, we shouldn’t step on it, we should avoid it, right?”

“Just eat your food.” Gu Qingxin helped her pick out some dishes.

It was rare for the classmates to get together, everyone was having a blast. Many came over to toast Gu Qingxin and Bai Qianqian. The two of them mostly drank juice, only having a tiny bit of alcohol when they couldn’t refuse.
