In the deep mountains on the outskirts of Tiandu, Feng Wuchen let out a breath. After more than ten days of cultivation, his strength had entered the Sixth Layer of the Qi Refining Realm.

“What’s that to you?” The girl glared fiercely at Feng Wuchen and quickly walked away, truly worried that he might be a bad person.

“She smells of medicinal herbs. Is she here to gather medicines?” Feng Wuchen shook his head, too lazy to care.

“No, that’s not right, the scent of the herbs is a sedative! I’ve been tricked!” Just as he was about to leave, Feng Wuchen’s expression suddenly changed, and he quickly turned back to see the girl not far away sneering.

“Just as I expected, for the sake of profit, some will resort to all means!” Feng Wuchen seethed internally. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have left Tiandu to cultivate in the deep mountains.

It was a pity that he was still found by some cunning and treacherous people.

“You weren’t drugged?” Seeing Feng Wuchen suddenly acting as if nothing was amiss, the lead man’s face slightly changed as he asked in a deep voice.

Feng Wuchen said grimly, “Knowing I’m an alchemist and still trying to use a sedative on me, you are truly foolish to the extreme!”

“Impossible! You’re just a Second Grade Alchemist, how could you possibly counter a Third Grade bewitching powder?” the girl not far away exclaimed in shock.

“It just shows how little you know about me. Otherwise, even with a thousand times the courage, you wouldn’t dare to lay a finger on me!” Feng Wuchen said with a cold laugh, “But, what I didn’t expect was for your Zhou family to use a young girl as bait; this is utterly shameless.”

“Kill him! He must not be allowed to leave alive!” the lead man roared, his eyes narrowing with a powerful murderous aura bursting forth as he charged ahead first.

The three men rushed forward without hesitation, joining forces to kill Feng Wuchen, which seemed as easy as flipping their hands.

He brought out the Fiery Blade, driving the breath of the Dragon God; the Fiery Blade instantly ignited with blue flames, and the extremely wild Sword Qi swept out like a strong wind.

“Pathetic!” Feng Wuchen’s mouth curled into a sinister smile as he slowly turned around, his icy gaze sweeping over the lead man, who involuntarily shivered.

He had never seen such a frightening and vicious man at the Sixth Layer of the Qi Refining Realm.

The pale-faced girl in the white dress had already been frightened speechless, her face ghastly white.

“Now it’s just you left!” Feng Wuchen said with a cold laugh, undeterred even though the lead man was at the peak of the Ninth Level of the Qi Refining Realm.

The lead man’s face was somber, fury billowing from within as he gritted his teeth and said angrily, “You little brat, you speak as if you can kill me any time you want!”
