“Thank you, Section Chief!” A group of people expressed their endless thanks, but in reality, they didn’t need to or want to eat the boxed meals anymore, “I didn’t take a shower last night and would like to go home early tonight to take a hot bath.”

Not keeping them for dinner, Section Chief Yang started to talk about the fruitful results of their free clinic activity and commended them, “The hospital leaders are planning to commend you.”

I’ve not been to pediatric surgery, Teacher Ren said that it’s a mandatory department rotation during our internship, so I will have a comprehensive understanding after I have been there and will then report to you, Section Chief.”

“Dr. Cao, what brings you here?” Section Chief Yang turned to ask him, appearing quite surprised.

“I’m here to see President Wu,” Cao Yong restrained his smiling and took on a more solemn expression.

Receiving this news, Section Chief Yang thought, “President Wu is done for, he’s going to be confronted for settling scores.”

It certainly was time to settle scores with Old Naughty Boy, daringly breaking the agreement made in the elevator and sneakily getting her involved with a pediatric surgery professor on a task; it was clearly an attempt to reel her into pediatric surgery.

With such scheming by Old Naughty Boy, a shadow of disapproval crossed Cao Yong’s eyes, “Where is President Wu?”

“He may go out for a coffee with Professor Nie in a bit,” Section Chief Yang said reservedly, trying to shield President Wu.

“Okay, I’ve got it,” Cao Yong turned and strode out, pulling the door closed behind him with authority, a clear sign he didn’t want those present to speculate.
