I Am Such An Expert; Why Do I Have To Take In Disciples

for those who enjoy this kind of novel you can try cultivating disciples to breakthrough. It’s similar though the MC doesn’t hide his cultivation. Also a genius in cultivation . Not arrogant , no harem . He is a core elder . and the sect is pretty great with interesting interpersonal relationships. The system gives him random quests but his cultivation was all built through his own efforts. Gets different gifts(within reason) whenever his disciples make a milestone in their cultivation or talents like alchemy or black smithing even helping the juniors of his sect can be a random quest from his system. but it doesn’t give as much missions and he has a choice to ignore them which he does if it’s too dangerous.

its was good till a forced romance plot. dumb.
he clearly doesn’t like her and she only likes him due to a misunderstanding and the author just makes the mc not tell her the truth, the truth isn’t even bad or anything, its just that he didn’t save her at all.

Because he doesn’t want her, instead of turning her down he says shes too weak and poor and need to reach x power level within 100 years blah blah blah…. easy task

he tells himself he doesn’t want any woman and when his sect asks about her, they think something is going on, and instead of clearing up the misunderstanding he says “yeah sure, some day she’ll come to our sect” blah blah blah…

the mc doesn’t think anything will happen but clearly shes gonna somehow meet all the requirments.

Absolutely dumb for the author to do this. makes no logical sense for the mc to not just say “no i dont want you” and end this nonsense. they made him dumb af for that 1 scene

So how is it? Any pioneers..

I read the complete novel on mtl and I say it’s a good novel, but the ending may not please everyone. I myself didn’t like the ending so much, I thought it could have been better, but it’s still a good novel.

A promising read imo, first ~45 chapters created a baseline for this novel. Mcs system doesn’t accept trash students, but ones with exceptional talent. To quote from chapter one: “In a hundred thousand or a million people, there might not even be one such talent“. So what makes this interesting you might ask? Here’s the caveat, all the students he has taken in are so called “villains“. To make it simple, if the student were in cultivation novel, he/she would be a stepping stone for the MC.
Now that’s an interesting premise, don’t you think?

• However by chapter 17 he has already taken in not just 1 S-tier, but also SS and SSS-tier students.Where will this end? Will the next discipline be SSSS-tier or Z-tier? Continuously upgrading until the end of the alphabet  
• Hard to tell at this point if the upcoming chapters flesh out his students characters and backgrounds when they take revenge. Or will they become unrecognizable fillers on mcs mountain filled with ZZZZ-tier talents.
• How will the second part of this novel actually develop?
