Chapter 400: Chapter 402: The Immortal God, Super Saiyan Cave Dweller (10,000-word Mega Chapter, Request for Monthly Votes)
Following the escape of the Nagas, Lide Kachar arrived at the site, where he laid eyes upon the corpses of an Upper Race that could rival the Dark Night Elves in stature.
Their long serpentine bodies were thick and powerful, comparable to the circumference of a barrel, with upper bodies muscular as if forged from steel, emanating a feeling of immense strength.
Their four arms bore numerous scars, and although they lay powerlessly on the ground, no one would doubt the formidable combat abilities they possessed when alive and armed.
Especially striking were the dark crimson spines along their backs, resembling both the fins of a swordfish and daggers capable of tearing through steel, marking distinct racial characteristics.
“Your Majesty, Lord Kapp, we were unable to track the Nagas. They seem to have used a magic scroll to conceal their presence…”
At that moment, a Bloodline member stepped forward to report, his face showing displeasure, as the escape of the Nagas had evidently brought shame to the typically proud Dawn Army.
“Are these Nagas still alive?”
“They have all been killed.”
Lide Kachar nodded slightly, his eyes betraying a hint of admiration as he observed the bodies of the Nagas.
Even without weapons, they bravely faced fully armed Beastman warriors and fought valiantly; this was no simple feat.
Moreover, the physical structure of their race was designed as a natural killing machine.
The Four-Armed Nagas, with two additional arms, had an advantage that wasn’t as simple as adding numbers together. Ordinary warriors of the same level, even seven or eight of them, could hardly match one of them.
This sparked a certain thought in his mind.
The establishment of the Twilight Sect was imminent. If he could subjugate a strong and powerful Underground Race to become missionaries for the Twilight Sect…
Despite the strength of the Dawn City’s army, they were not suited for prolonged deployment in the Underworld.
Be it their living habits or experience in dealing with Dark Creatures, it was the same.
In theory, the Bloodline race would be the most appropriate, but Lide Kachar had significant plans for the Bloodline, and missionary work, destined to be prolonged and not a mere one-time deal, required long-term stationing.
The coming of the Old Days was unpredictable, and he couldn’t afford to leave such an important combat force as the Bloodline stranded in the Underworld.
“Gather all information about the Nagas; I want to know everything about this race.”
“Yes, Your Majesty!”
Since they had traded at Black Iron Castle, there must be people who had seen these Nagas and possibly knew where their tribe was located.
Once he knew the exact location of the Naga Tribe, everything would be manageable.
With a hundred thousand troops at his disposal, he didn’t believe the Nagas could match his power.
He was indeed interested in conquering this formidable Upper Race.
However, this task would require time, and the most crucial task at hand was the establishment of the Twilight Sect.
At this thought, Lide directed his gaze towards Beastman King Kapp by his side.
“Kapp, send out the order to rename the already built Dawn Church to Twilight Church,
and erase or replace all signs and other traces of Black Iron Castle within the city with those of Twilight City.”
After a moment’s thought, he added,
“Leave the half-elf churches untouched for now, just seal them off and prohibit outsiders from entering.”
“Do all this and then return immediately to report to me.”
Kapp’s expression was solemn, “Yes, Your Majesty.”
After waiting for the Level 18 Beastman King to lead his troops away, Lide surveyed the strictly guarded prisoners.
The central plaza of Black Iron Castle was vast, and even with over twenty thousand prisoners, it still seemed spacious.
Cave Dwellers, Half-Elves, Gray Dwarves, Harpies, Snake Race, Goblins, Dwarves… all sorts of odd races were present.
The diversity of life here was not necessarily inferior to that of the surface.
However, unlike the surface beings, most of the races here had a nauseating smell of blood and their eyes were filled with cruelty and bloodlust.
Chaotic evil, lawful evil, neutral evil… all sorts of alignments were present, but without exception, all had ‘evil’ as a suffix.
Lide could clearly sense the brutality in the eyes of these Dark Races, but he was unconcerned.
In terms of darkness and savagery, there seemed to be few Dark Races that could rival the Bloodline, except he had changed the traditional style of the Bloodline.
After a bit of thought, he didn’t take immediate action, but instead halted, waiting for Kapp’s report.
All actions would have to wait until the Twilight Sect was established.
Two Sunshine Hours later, Kapp’s figure reappeared.
“Your Majesty, the Dawn Church has been renamed to the Twilight Church, the original murals and holy statues have all been replaced, and all traces of Black Iron Castle in the marker signs have been changed to Twilight City.”
Upon hearing this, Lide Kachar slightly smiled.
At last, he could officially begin his plans.
The first phase of the plan was to establish a sect.
The Dawn Sect had been established unintentionally, but with that first experience, the second time would be much more comfortable…
Thinking this, Lide’s eyes narrowed slightly and his body began to float upwards.
Then, under the watchful eyes of all the captives, he revealed his true Bloodline form, a mesmerizingly perfect visage appearing before the Dark Race below.
His bat wings, adorned with dark crimson mystical runes, gently unfurled behind him, making his already majestic figure peerless.
Floating mid-air, Lide instantly attracted the attention of everyone present, yet nobody knew what he intended to do.
Moments later, Lide’s aura began to steadily climb as multiple skills were simultaneously activated–Master of Crimson, Immortal King, Descent of Fear…
At the same time, the Power of Faith began to operate and consume energy, and with this divine power, these potent skills started to emit an even more terrifying might.
True divine power.
At that moment, Lide seemed like a Demon God tearing through the abyss, descending upon the world. His raging momentum was like an eighteen-level hurricane, reversing millions of tons of seawater into the sky.
Beneath him, everyone was like small boats under his breath, quivering, fearing, panicking, helpless under that overwhelming power.
Mountains crumbled, heaven and earth shattered.
The divine presence was like hell.
Fear devoured everyone’s souls.
“I hereby declare the establishment of the Twilight Sect–the Twilight approaches, and the multi-dimensional planes shall fall into ruin. I am the Great God of Twilight, the eternal Main God.
Only I can save mankind. Those who believe in me will attain eternal life when the world perishes.
The unbelievers and heretics shall be bestowed with endless agony!”
“I am the God of Twilight, holding the Twilight Divine Position,
I declare this in the name of Lide*Kachar, the ruler of Twilight City and the Ancestor of the Bloodline!”
“The Twilight Sect is officially established!”
Lide’s blasphemous language echoed through the heavens and earth, accompanied by an indescribable divine power, making everyone at that moment feel as if they were witnessing the descent of a true deity.
Even the most resilient warriors couldn’t help but feel their souls threatened, and many races with weaker wills immediately knelt in submission, a uncontrollable thought of obedience rising in their hearts.
They had actually witnessed the descent of a God!
The Cave Dwellers were most affected, with tens of thousands occupying a corner of the square. Witnessing this divine authority, they uniformly knelt, their eyes filled with terror.
This long-enslaved race, weak in will and devoid of their own faith, how could they resist the descent of a deity?
“Ding, Lide*Kachar has sworn to establish the Twilight Sect, Divine Position: Twilight, Doctrine: Twilight is approaching, the multi-dimensional planes will fall into ruin, the Great God of Twilight is the eternal Main God, only He can save mankind, believers in Him will attain eternal life when the world perishes, unbelievers and heretics will be bestowed with endless agony!
Detected that Lide*Kachar owns the city–Twilight City, owns the race–Bloodline, owns 1 Twilight Temple, has 27 fanatical believers.
Qualifications to establish a sect met, Twilight Sect established.”
“Ding~ You have established the Twilight Sect, you may freely appoint divine personnel.”
“Ding~ You have established the second sect, gained 10 Legend Level, received character experience reward–100,000.”
After several system notifications, Lide felt a new force emerge within him, yet this force was extremely feeble, like a newly-sprouted seed.
This power did not conflict with the Power of Faith within him, but meshed very harmoniously.
Sensing this, he couldn’t help but nod in satisfaction.
The establishment of the Twilight Sect was identical to that of the Dawn Sect, but his current conditions were much better than before.
However, there was something he hadn’t expected–the system had also counted the fanatical believers of the Dawn Sect.
This made him somewhat curious. Perhaps fanatical believers were not exclusive to a single sect? Or could a god possess many avatars, and the fanatical believers also recognize these avatars?
In Glory, many deities possess second or even third identities, and the believers’ acceptance would be higher than Lide imagined–after all, the stronger the deity, the more benefits the believers receive.
Curious, Lide opened his attribute panel, and the Twilight Sect panel appeared separately before him.
Twilight Sect
God of Twilight–Lide*Kachar (Fake God)
Divine Arts: 1, Soul Assimilation
Divine Position: Twilight (Inactive)
Doctrine:…
Holy Object Meaning: None
Number of Temples Owned: 1
Number of Believers: Fanatical Believers 0, Devout Believers 0, Believers 32, General Believers 1399
Power of Faith: 23 points
Why did the zealous believers not count towards the Twilight Sect?
After looking at all the attributes, Lide had a strange expression. Not to mention the matter of the zealous believers, he had just established the Twilight Sect, and there were already over a thousand general believers and dozens of devout believers??
What was going on??
With a hint of suspicion, Lide squinted his eyes slightly and connected to those who believed in him within his Spiritual Sea.
Moments later, countless emotions surged in his mind.
Fear, worship, longing…
What was this?
Lide shifted his gaze towards the corner to the group of Cave Dwellers who were neglected. Most of these thousands of believers, except for less than ten from other Dark Races, were these lowly slaves.
Cave Dwellers are a typical Dark Race, skilled in breeding and adept at digging and constructing, but they have no other noteworthy attributes.
But at this moment, Lide saw them as if beholding a treasure, his eyes shining.
Feeling Lide’s gaze, many Cave Dwellers trembled all over, their eyes flickering with panic and distress, and then shortly after, the number of general believers on the attribute panel shot up to 2000, and the number of devout believers even broke through a hundred.
Lide noticed this change and his mouth twitched slightly–wasn’t the speed of becoming believers too exaggerated?
These Cave Dwellers were a bit impressive.
With a thought, under the gaze of all, he floated above the Cave Dwellers with boundless dignity, his gaze piercing like thunderous blasphemy that echoed through the heavens and earth.
“Humble Cave Dwellers, believe in me, and I shall protect you and grant you mighty power!
I can make those races who once enslaved you become your slaves, let you trample over the corpses of other races and ascend the peak to kiss the footprints I left upon the earth, and bathe in divine grace.”
Divine power like a prison.
It seemed to these Cave Dwellers as if a dominance of ancient times had stepped onto the world again, their presence extending through the entire Star River with everything beneath them bowing in worship.
Billions of living beings submitted, the mountains and rivers trembled and called out in fear.
This was a divine blessing for them, a whisper from their god, bathed in divine grace–they were noticed by the great divinity who wished to grant them power!!
By the Creator God above, this must be your blessing.
Countless Cave Dwellers, upon hearing Lide’s words, instantly went into a frenzy, many of them bowing devoutly on the ground, their eyes filled with indescribable fervid worship.
What was the status of Cave Dwellers in the Underworld? Slaves, lowly, filthy, and disgraceful slaves.
They neither had strong bodies nor sharp claws and lacked innate casting talents.
Apart from their strong reproduction abilities, they were essentially worthless.
The god of the Cave Dwellers had fallen countless ages ago; they had no faith of their own and were a race so lowly that not even divine beings would spare them a glance.
Under such a sorrowful backdrop, being watched by a divinity seated high above in the heavens was an incredible fortune.
Just like a beggar in tattered clothing on the streets suddenly being favored by the king.
Such a feeling was incomprehensible to anyone not in their position.
The divine power emitted by Lide while burning the Power of Faith was now deeply imprinted in the souls of these lowly slaves.
At this moment, he was like a majestic presence comparable to the bright moon and the shining sun.
Under his boundless authority, these Cave Dwellers had no power to resist and became the Twilight Sect’s first group of believers at a speed even Lide hadn’t anticipated.
For a full three minutes, Lide pressed down from the sky.
His infinite momentum crashed down like countless towering mountains, leaving the Cave Dwellers powerless to resist and only able to kneel and submit.
In just a few minutes, the number of believers on his attribute panel reached an astonishing level.
Number of followers: Zealous Believers 0, Devout Believers 47, Believers 1230, General Believers 8985
The follower count of the newly established Twilight Sect had just surpassed ten thousand.
Lide looked at this data with great pleasure.
Although these followers were all weak Cave Dwellers, who could be easily defeated by just three hundred Beastmen in direct combat,
He was here to harvest the Power of Faith. It didn’t matter how strong their combat abilities were, being able to provide Power of Faith was what truly mattered.
With a glance around, he could feel the conflicting emotions of these Dark Races–fear, dread, mixed with disbelief, and an involuntary longing and worship.
It seemed unimaginable to them that they had seen a divinity, yet they revered the terrifying aura he emitted.
But the status of these Dark Life forms in the Underworld was much higher than that of the Cave Dwellers, so a few words were far from enough to convert their faith.
Since that was the case…
Lide’s thoughts shifted, his gaze moving to one Cave Dweller whose faith was the strongest.
His tone still resembled that of a sovereign, seated high upon a divine altar, overlooking the world below.
“Cave Dwellers, my faithful believers, I have sensed your call and the desire in your hearts.
I, the immortal God of Twilight, will grant the most devout among you the power to slay a giant dragon!”
These words stunned the world.
Many from the Dark Race looked at each other in disbelief, granting the Cave Dwellers the power to slay a giant dragon??
Was this some kind of joke?
The Cave Dwellers were so frail that their offspring could easily be killed; this lowly race’s highest level could not even break through Level 10, and a significant portion were only at Level 4, making them one of the weakest races in the Underworld.
To grant such feeble beings the power to slay a giant dragon would require a miracle!
A miracle… As this thought dawned, they looked up at Lide floating in the sky with indescribable emotion.
Is he really a divine being?
At this moment, their doubts remained unresolved.
Lide did not waste words. With a wave of his hand, while all Dark Race and Cave Dwellers watched, a ragged, skeletal Cave Dweller rose into the air.
Seeing that skin and bones, almost on his last breath, everyone was taken aback.
This? Could it be that the mysterious God of Twilight wanted to grant this Cave Dweller power??
The eyes, already somewhat skeptical, now brimmed with disbelief.
How could it be possible that a Cave Dweller, who they could kill dozens of with a single stomp, receive the power to slay a giant dragon??
By the Creator God above, they would rather believe this was all a dream.
“My believers, I have perceived your devotion, my most devout follower shall receive my reward.
Now, in the name of the Lord of Twilight, I grant you power!”
Lide’s gaze was electric, utterly disregarding those skeptical looks, his surging force resembled an avalanche cascading down a towering snow-capped peak.
Unspeakable terror radiated from his body, the crimson energy like blood, nearly solidifying before surging into the frail body of the Cave Dweller.
Lide’s eyes narrowed slightly, mobilizing all the latent Bloodline Power within him, merging with the Power of Crimson.
The Power of Faith also blended in.
Lide’s gaze was like thunder, his presence aggressively sharp.
After transcending to the extraordinary, his control over power had reached an unprecedented level, and using the Power of Faith along with his Bloodline Power to transform a weak life was an unheard-of and audacious attempt.
Under his manipulation, the Power of Crimson directly incinerated the inferior blood within the Cave Dweller.
Blood is the carrier of power, the other’s bloodline was too weak; even if enhanced tenfold, twentyfold, it wouldn’t meet his standards.
The golden Bloodline of the Ancestor within him began to dominate the weak body, incredible power filling the Cave Dweller’s veins.
But how could his fearsome golden Ancestor Bloodline possibly be endured by a mere Level 4 Cave Dweller?
The moment the Bloodline Power entered the other’s body, the tiny blood vessels inside the Cave Dweller burst inch by inch, and a wave of bloodiness emanated from outside his body.
Fortunately, Lide had the foresight to forcibly shield the other’s senses; otherwise, this single sensation would have definitely been excruciatingly lethal.
The overwhelming Bloodline Power caused destruction wherever it passed.
Fortunately, the Power of Faith possessed strong regenerative abilities, feverishly repairing the damaged body.
Both destruction and repair occurred simultaneously, turning the Cave Dweller’s body into a meat grinder.
Lide, with his terrifying control over energy, constantly maintained a balance between these two powers.
However, the mastery required for such manipulation had reached an astonishing level–if there were any slight error, the subject would explode and perish.
Dancing on the edge of a knife no longer described this extreme act; it was like placing a needle on the knife-edge and dancing on its point.
And with his remaining over two hundred thousand units of the Power of Faith dwindling rapidly, even more terrifying than forcibly subduing the Level 18 Great Mage Mohari.
Ten minutes later, even the robust Lide was sweating profusely, and the Power of Faith had dropped to 100,000, but the transformation of the body was only one-fifth complete.
In other words, his energy was running out.
His peripheral vision swept over the attribute panel, where over twenty million units of the Power of Death caught his eye.
With resolve, he recklessly began channeling this horrifying power.
At this moment, the Cave Dweller’s body was his experimental field, succeed or die; he was resolved… well, the subject was resolved.
Moments later, an aura that chilled everyone’s spine and trembled their souls spread through the sky.
Death, they smelled the scent of death.
Below, the Dark Life saw Lide’s silhouette, their fright deepening as if he had transformed into the Death God himself, wielding a scythe to harvest lives!
The number of believers directly soared at that moment.
Showing one’s strength and dignity to believers is one way Divine beings acquire faith.
Possessing the Power of Death as support, Lide immediately stabilized.
It must be said that the strength of the Bloodline of the Ancestor was tremendous, even after switching the source of power, he was still able to perfectly control the power to transform the Cave Dweller.
The difference was, the Power of Death repairing the Cave Dweller’s body added a thick aura of Death to him.
Time slowly passed, and the Dark Race below, instead of feeling impatient or disdainful, gradually filled with awe.
Because everyone sensed that up in the sky, the originally frail and extremely weak Cave Dweller was undergoing a tremendous transformation.
His thin body began to fill out, muscles slowly swelling until finally, they seemed as if cast from iron, radiating a palpable sense of power that made hearts pound.
The aura emanating from his body changed from a mere candle flame to that of a wild Evil Dragon; even with eyes closed, one could feel that upon eruption, mountains would surely crumble.
The Dark Race below had already widened their eyes, filled with terror.
That high-hanging God of Twilight in the heavens truly, under everyone’s gaze, bestowed upon a feeble Cave Dweller the strength of a giant dragon.
What caused their hearts to tremble had happened!
A miracle, the legendary miracle had appeared!
Lide had transformed a Cave Dweller, who could easily be crushed, into a terror that chilled everyone’s spine, an impact that simply couldn’t be described in words.
“God of Twilight? God of Tyranny above, could this be a real Divine being? Oh, great Crowned One, please grant me your guidance, my faith is wavering…”
“Hisss~ Such a terrifying aura, I never thought I’d one day see a true Divine being!!”
“Great God of Twilight, having witnessed Your Divine Power, I wish to become Your most loyal believer…”
“That lowly Cave Dweller, to receive the bounty of our God! If my faith is more devout, would the Great Lord of Twilight also turn His gaze upon me one day? Could I also bathe in divine grace? Oh, my Lord, I am your most devout believer…”
“…”
Below, the Dark Life lost all ability to speak as the Cave Dweller’s aura grew stronger; their gaping mouths couldn’t close.
Many lives who were originally just shallow believers of other Divine beings or unbelievers quietly began changing their faith.
Inside, they held great expectations, hoping they might receive power from that being high in the sky, radiating brilliant light.
Ten minutes, twenty minutes, until half a Sunshine Hour later, Lide looked at the remaining five million units of the Power of Death with a rather subtle expression.
He hadn’t expected that this whimsical act would cost him so dearly.
A hundred thousand units of Power of Faith, fifteen million units of Power of Death, plus all his Bloodline Power, he felt as if he’d been through a week of rigorous exertion, his legs weakening.
But, it was ultimately a success.
Feeling the aura emanating from the Cave Dweller in front, a hint of joy couldn’t help but appear on Lide’s face.
The experiment hadn’t been in vain.
However, the final, most crucial part was yet to be completed.
He swept his gaze over those below and then, with a mouthful of divine decrees, blasphemous language once again echoed between heaven and earth.
“I am the Immortal Lord of Twilight, master of eternal power.
In the name of the Lord of Twilight, I bestow upon my most devout believer–the Cave Dweller–the power to slay giant dragons.
Awaken! My most loyal believer!”
Accompanied by the blasphemous language that eroded the soul, boom boom boom~
The sky thundered with lightning.
Under everyone’s watchful eyes, terrifying lightning suddenly burst around Lide’s body, with silver dragons wildly dancing.
Thunder God Descent.
The sudden appearance of lightning made Lide, already awe-inspiring as a tyrant, appear even more peerless in the world.
Under the dim light, Lide, burning with the Power of Crimson and unfurling his dark red patterned bat wings, already resembled a Demon God, and now with endless Thunder swirling around him, the atmosphere was elevated to its pinnacle.
At this moment, the number of believers surged by three thousand.
And within this Thunder Domain, the much-watched Cave Dweller suddenly opened his eyes.
And then stood amidst the lightning out of nowhere.
As if born from bathing in the lightning.
A terrifying aura spread from him.
Under Lide’s deliberate manipulation, the Dark Life below sensed the magnified awe from the Cave Dweller.
Terrifying, horrifying, invincible.
The scene had fallen into a deathly silence.
Above the sky, only the roar of thunder remained.
Like a demon, like a god.
At that moment, a system notification slightly distracted Lide.
“Ding~Congratulations, you have comprehended the Divine Art–Faith Enhancement. Faith Enhancement: consumes the Power of Faith to strengthen believers. Each enhancement requires a minimum of 10,000 Power of Faith. The more Power of Faith consumed, the greater the increase in strength. The stronger the believers, the more Power of Faith is required.”
Divine Art??
So, strengthening believers was a Divine Art… Lide’s expression was priceless, the joy on his face was unmistakable.
Once the Divine Art had been solidified, casting it again would be much simpler.
“My liege, your loyal believer–Kedri Sharp Tooth, thanks you for the strength you have bestowed. I shall defend your glory with my soul.”
At that moment, the towering cave dweller knelt before him, his high and firm voice interrupting Lide’s thoughts.
Lide regained his senses and instinctively opened the attribute panel of the cave dweller before him, his eyes lighting up immediately.
Kedri Sharp Tooth
Title: Divine Gift’s Child (A cave dweller blessed by divine spirits, obtaining immense strength, increases intimidation towards cave dwellers by 1000%, all attributes increased by 300%)
Level: 16
Profession: Fury Warrior

Evaluation: A cave dweller warrior with exceptional talent, transformed by divine power, has transcended the limits of cave dwellers, reaching another level.
After reviewing the attributes, Lide’s eyes shone brightly. The transformation he had undertaken at great cost did not disappoint him.
This guy was far superior to the 18-level half-body Mage, Mahari. His talent was incomparable to that of the half-body mage.
Compared to his previous level of 4, his improvement was not just powerful–it was like he had exchanged his body and soul.
This Kedri Sharp Tooth was previously just a cave dweller.
Now, he could no longer be called a cave dweller but a Super Saiyan Cave Dweller.
Bestowing him with the power to slay dragons was no mere talk.
After reviewing his skills and attributes, Lide’s gaze moved away from the attribute panel and focused on the Super Cave Dweller floating before him.
Height two blades, his strong arms as thick as his thighs, his fingers like daggers, sharp enough to pierce shields.
His body didn’t straighten up like a human; he still bore the distinct racial trait of a cave dweller’s stooped posture, but now his bending was not for tunneling but–for hunting.
The bent torso was better suited for the Super Cave Dweller’s body to exert force. Once he attacked, it was sure to be more ferocious than a lion pouncing on its prey.
Kedri Sharp Tooth’s eyes were blue but streaked with crimson, giving them a chilling appearance.
His mouth, filled with exceedingly sharp fangs, left no doubt of his ability to crush steel.
His muscles seemed as if forged by pouring molten iron into a mold, filled with a sense of power that could even make a Beastman Warrior feel inferior.
Powerful, perfect.
Only these two words could be trusted to describe the transformation of the 16-level cave dweller–Kedri Sharp Tooth.
Lide was very satisfied with his creation.
Although the cost was high, the outcome was absolutely worth it.
With a wave of his hand, the Super Cave Dweller slowly descended from the Thunder Domain, his perfect form revealed before everyone.
Shock and envy were the emotions flooding the hearts of the captives below.
“Creator God above, what a terrifying presence. Is this really the weak half-body person?”
“Unbelievable, this is a true miracle! A miracle!”
“Is this the strength of our God? Praise you, my eternal faith…”
“That a cave dweller could be so terrifying, I don’t even dare to look it in the eyes!!”
Crazy murmurs arose among the captives, and despite the continuing Divine Power in the sky, no one could hide their inner terror any longer, instinctively confiding in their companions.
After Kedri Sharp Tooth fell to the ground, those Cave Dwellers who were not chosen fell completely into madness.
Their gazes towards Lide were filled with fanaticism and hope.
They had watched as their weak kinsmen transformed into such powerful beings, which made these chronically oppressed and abused Cave Dwellers see Lide as a savior.
Fanaticism was their only emotion at that moment.
They would certainly become the most loyal believers under His Majesty, and perhaps, in time, He would grant them the same formidable power!
The Cave Dwellers would become a strong race under His Majesty’s protection!
As their mindset changed, the number of believers on Lide’s attribute panel surged crazily.
When he opened the attribute panel again, he saw a massive change in the number of Twilight Sect followers:
Believers: Zealots 3, Devout 629, Regular 6490, Casual 7205
The total number of believers, now exceeding 13,000, could only be described as exaggerated and outrageous.
The Twilight Sect was just recently established.
Lide performed a miracle in front of everyone, and the effect was terrifying.
But the surprises were not over yet, as the system’s prompt sounded again.
“Ding~ You have perfectly performed a miracle, and the fame of the God of Twilight begins to spread throughout the underworld, earning you 10 points of underworld Legend Level and the title–Divine Descent.
Divine Descent: Your power is known throughout the underworld, increasing the Twilight Sect’s attractiveness to believers by 30% during proselytizing, increasing persuasion by 30%, and making it easier for believers to deepen their faith.”
Divine Descent?
A brilliant smile burst across Lide’s face.
He could only describe this newly acquired title as perfect; it was exactly what he needed when he needed it.
He had just wanted to increase his proselytizing efficiency, and this tool was delivered promptly.
But, of course, this gain was exchanged for his profound investments; wasn’t this exactly the return he was working towards?
However, the matter was not yet settled.
“Those who believe in Me will receive My blessings; heretics and unbelievers will receive divine punishment.”
Lide’s gaze was sharp as a blade’s edge, but the terrifying Thunder Domain concealed his expression, and blasphemous language echoed with thunder, instantly putting tremendous pressure on the dark creatures below.
Boom~
Under his intimidation, the number of believers in the attribute panel surged by hundreds more.
But after a brief sensing, Lide frowned.
He found that among all dark races below, some had believed in him, but there was not a single believer among the Beastmen.
His gaze shifted towards the area where the Beastmen captives were held, those grotesque and ugly creatures, indistinguishable from the orcs in the movie about Earth’s beasts, remained motionless.
Unlike the Cave Dwellers, the god of the Beastmen still existed in the world and was immensely powerful.
Thus, these ugly monsters were extremely firm in their own beliefs.
After briefly pondering, Lide’s eyes slowly began to glint with murderous intent.
To kill a chicken to scare the monkeys, only the most bloody measures could instill fear in these dark creatures.
His gaze moved towards the area where the Beastmen were held.
“Blasphemers will be punished.
Kedri Sharp Tooth, use the power I have bestowed upon you to kill these despicable blasphemers.”
This statement made the dark creatures around the Beastmen’s faces change drastically, and they began to frantically evacuate.
They did not want to be attacked by that terrifying Cave Dweller.
There were as many as 500 Beastmen, but they were all bound tightly by chains. The escape of the Naga had made the guards tighten the chains even more, so even though the Beastmen sensed the danger coming, they still could not move freely.
Lide narrowed his eyes slightly; killing a pack of bloodthirsty wolves was not the same as slaughtering a group of bound sheep in terms of deterrent power.
He waved his hand, and the originally solid chains snapped simultaneously.
The Beastmen broke free.
“Roar!!”
“For the God of the Beastmen!!”
“No one can enslave the great Half-Beast!”
“Kill!”
Furious as if unleashed from a cage, the ferociously bloodthirsty Half-Beasts roared at the surrounding warriors and Dark Life forms.
Even many of them had already charged towards the Beastman warriors guarding them.
But just as these Half-Beasts got close to the crowd around them, pop–
They bursted like balloons.
Blood and limbs splattered everywhere.
“Lowly blasphemers, you are the prey of my followers,”
Lide Karr’s indifferent voice rang out.
“Kedri Sharp Tooth… begin the hunt.”
A command was issued, under the watchful eyes of the crowd, Kedri Sharp Tooth, this Super Cave Dweller, suddenly grew larger, from the height of 2 blades to 2.5 men, and at the same time, his back bent even more grotesquely.
Roar–
His eyes filled with blood, he let out a beast-like roar.
Then, under the shocked gaze of everyone, a bloody massacre began.
Boom boom~ boom boom~
Massive power stomped on the floor, Kedri’s body lunged towards the Half-Elves, and the dozens of Half-Beasts at the front roared ferociously and charged straight towards him.
The crowd, stepping aside, widened their eyes, afraid to miss anything.
A Cave Dweller fighting against strong Half-Beasts, previously unimaginable, yet now, this scene was unfolding right before their eyes.
After a few breaths, a head-on collision occurred.
The foremost Half-Elf raised the iron chains in his hands and swung at Kedri, but with a flash, this Super Cave Dweller had already disappeared from in front of him.
Sharp claws, like guillotine blades, snap–a large head flew up, the first Half-Beast had not even realized what happened before he fell dead.
With the fall of the first Half-Beast, an extremely bloody slaughter had started.
That Cave Dweller, like an Ancient Titan in the battlefield, rammed and bulldozed through, and all the Half-Beasts he attacked were torn apart.
Claws, tusks, elbows, legs, knees–every part of the Cave Dweller’s body became a lethal weapon.
Touch led to instant death.
Over 500 Half-Beasts, under his terrifying slaughter, reduced at a visibly rapid rate.
Minutes later,
Splat–the last head of a Half-Beast flew up, thud–when the body fell, over 500 Half-Beasts had been hunted down.
Not a single one had a beating heart left.
Corpses were strewn everywhere, blood flowed like water.
Countless mutilated bodies lay across the dark square floor, bathed in blood that only added an indescribable horror to the already dim environment.
The scene was eerily silent.
Everyone gazed in boundless shock at the figure who stood amidst the remnants of limbs and blood.
This was really a Cave Dweller?
This was hundreds of Half-Beasts!
Who here didn’t know how fierce Half-Beasts are?
But now… the terrifying Half-Beasts of the past had all been hunted down by one individual.
And this executioner was none other than a frail Cave Dweller.
The extreme contrast of this situation was beyond words.
Was this the power bestowed by the Divine?
Was this the power to slay dragons?
At that moment, a Naga sharply raised its head to look towards Lide in the sky, then in the gaze of the crowd around, knelt fiercely on the ground, voice emotional and eyes fervent.
“Great Lord of Twilight, I offer my most devout faith… Your glory is like the most precious gemstone, your strength sufficient to subjugate evil dragons, praise be to you, great Lord of Twilight, bearer of eternal power…”
With the Naga’s kneeling, then, one by one, Dark Life forms on the square slowly began to kneel below Lide, enveloped in Thunder in the sky.
One could disbelieve once, doubt a second time, but by the third or fourth display of Majesty, their hearts had been thoroughly subdued.
Those shocked Dark Life forms gazed in the most respectful manner at the great divine being who had descended upon this world, the giver of the power for Cave Dwellers to slaughter giant dragons–the eternal and immortal God of Twilight, master of Twilight Power.
