Chapter 59: All Players Have Been Captured

“Something must’ve happened over there!” The eyes of ‘Usami-chan’, who was in the team, had turned sharp as soon as she spoke.

She wore light leather armor. She was an Assassin, spinning a curved blade dagger in her right hand as she charged ahead sneakily.

Since she was an Assassin, she had sharp eyes and nimble steps. Her job was prying information in front of the team and bringing the intel she obtained back to the team.

The training team members were catching up to her slowly behind. They were not Assassins, so their basic movement speed was not as fast and rushed as Assassins’.

Ten minutes later, ‘Usami-chan’ typed in the group chat.

“There are many powerful Fishfrogs here!

“I’ve been targeted!

“Please be careful, guys!

“They’re so fast. Oh, no. They got me!”

The interval of the messages ‘Usami-chan’ sent was approximately six to seven seconds apart. It merely took over 20 seconds for her to be discovered and captured!

The rescue team members were rendered speechless upon hearing that. However, ‘Everything is Powerful’ was right. The top team was standing right here. If they dared not fight a Level 5 wild monster zone, they should not be helping at all.

The players came to an agreement and moved forward in concrete steps. They were going to the mountain village by the beach.

They entered the Fishfrog Village after walking for less than a minute. They stepped on a soft beach while a salty sea breeze blew on their faces. Their hair was dancing, and their clothes were fluttering in the wind.

A massive Fishfrog stood on the beach. It looked similar to a frog with a big, bell-like eye on each side of its head. It was sparkling in eerie green gleam. It had four toes on its front legs and five on its rear legs. Its smooth back reflected the sunlight.

It lifted its head facing the sun and glanced at the players with its side eye. Suddenly, it stared directly at them a second later. It spoke in frog language. “Ribbit!”

An invisible wave spread with the massive frog as the center, and the players covered their ears by instinct. They were standing in a wobbly manner from the wave.

“You’ve fallen into a state of fear!”

All players had the same notification popping up from the system. However, their brains could not react to that.

When the state of fear disappeared, a group of small Fishfrogs surrounded them. They slapped their human faces and pressed them onto the ground.

An agile female Fishfrog took out a weaved rope to tie them up.

The nimble ‘Noodle’ jumped out of the gang of Fishfrogs. He spun the dagger in his hand and stabbed it at a small Fishfrog’s eye,

Whoosh!

Green blood splashed as the frog’s eye was pierced.

‘Noodle’ avoided the attacks with his agility among the crowd. He grabbed a few Assassins along with him too.

Since they were high-level, their personal ability was powerful. Soon, they began an agility show. The Fishfrogs failed to touch them at all.

They would run right after they attacked. They definitely would not stand there to attack.

The players who failed to fight back were tied up. Some players were slapped to death by the raging Fishfrogs. Their HP bar was gone.

The players who had yet to be captured worked together to fight the massive frog by surrounding it.

The massive frog screamed as it charged its psychic attack again.

The small Fishfrogs charged and tied up the players seizing the opportunity that they were shocked.

The battle was intense. At the same time, messages occupied the screen of the players’ group chat.

Those players who were tied up could only chat as they failed to break away from the imprisonment. Therefore, the team that was far away from the zone could see ‘Everything is Powerful’ typing, describing the live battle scene with words.

“What? Such a tough battle in a Level 5 zone?” someone asked.

“The massive Fishfrog’s attack hit ‘Noodle’. Holy sh*t, his HP bar has been wiped out. The damage is just insane!”

“What’s happening? None of you guys managed to escape?”

“You won’t know how powerful exactly they are if you don’t fight them yourselves. Although some Fishfrogs are weak indeed, some are terrifyingly powerful. They possess Level 40 power at least.” The engineer calculated the damage, and his pupils shrunk lightly.
