Chapter 13: Little Scheme

“I don’t know.” Little Glutinous Rice’s answer was firm.

Ning Wan almost choked to death.

“Can’t you take some responsibility? You can’t even differentiate between good and bad as a system. How do you think you can protect Huo Yuan?” Ning Wan said angrily.

“That’s why I asked you to complete this mission!” Little Glutinous Rice did not feel guilty at all.

Ning Wan gritted her teeth.

“Well then, do you think there’s anything wrong with this Tutor?” Little Glutinous Rice finally realized that it had gone overboard, so it raised a question to discuss.

Ning Wan turned around and lay on the pillow. “I think he’s far more interested in me than in Huo Yuan!”

Ning Wan had this intuition as a woman.

“Oh, I see! I think he might be a book transmigrator!” Little Glutinous Rice said.

“What do you mean? Is it your intuition?” Ning Wan asked lazily.

Ning Wan was so angry that she laughed. “Are you delusional about being persecuted? Can you tell me how you deduced that he and I would harm my husband and made him become Huo Yuan’s stepfather?”

Ning Wan understood.

Ning Wan sneered disapprovingly. “Alright! Don’t be nervous. I won’t if I can’t. Can’t I hire someone else to do it if I can’t do it myself? Don’t worry, I can’t scheme against that big boss but it doesn’t mean that I can’t do it with others!”

“Yes, yes, yes. Let’s get someone else to do it for us.” Little Glutinous Rice was glad that this collaborator was no longer conflicted about doing the deed herself.

At this moment, Chi Nan did not know that one of the women in this family was sharpening her knife.

He followed Huo Yuan around the classroom that the butler had prepared for them. He was once again convinced by money. How good was it to be rich!
