Chapter 24: Feed The Turtles

“Teacher Chi?” Huo Yuan looked at Chi Nan in surprise and embarrassment.

He felt a little apologetic when he found out that Teacher Chi was fired because of him.

Chi Nan immediately revealed his most benevolent smile and reached out to touch Huo Yuan’s face. “Hello, Huo Yuan! I didn’t expect to meet you here again!”

Then, he turned around and said to Ning Wan, “Isn’t that so, Miss Ning Wan?”

Ning Wan said calmly, “Please call me Madam Huo.”

Chi Nan was very unconcerned. “The first time we met, I felt that we were fated. Indeed, we met again after flying through more than half a country. Do you think this is a predestined arrangement?”

Ning Wan resisted the urge to roll her eyes.

He extended his hand to Ning Wan again.

Ning Wan retreated, but the high heels she rarely wore could not keep up with her speed. She tripped and fell back.

Ning Wan cursed Chi Nan’s ancestors in her heart. She wished she could immediately give birth to a special power and throw him into the sea to feed the turtles. However, she could only resign herself to fate and fall back!

“Don’t, I’ll do it!” Huo Ce’s deep voice sounded beside her.
