Come and read on our website wuxia worldsite. Thanks
Gods and demons are everywhere in the Grand Desolate World.
Jiang Lan finally becomes a disciple of Kunlun Mountain; specifically—the only disciple of the Ninth Summit.
Knowing the dangers outside, he decides to stay hidden in the Ninth Summit’s Netherworld Cave and cultivate in seclusion. With a unique sign-in system unknown to everyone else, Jiang Lan acquires several divine powers, Dharma treasures, and other aids to enhance his cultivation along the way.
His current goal is to keep his actual cultivation level a secret, remain a low-key Kunlun disciple and stay out of harm’s way until he is strong enough to take on any obstacles.
Only when he emerges from his cultivation after some time does his Master bring him an important message: Kunlun has found him a fiancée.
I need to see romance in sign-in system. Most system is about just signing in and doesn’t care about what is happening around them.
novel titles gets more weirder and weirder lately
Is this good material?
an okay light novel. The MC atleast is practical on how he handles enemies and certain things. However its abit ironical how he hides his cultivation to avoid trouble and fly under the radar but because of him hiding it , it attracts more trouble than it’s worth.Certain situations would have been avoided if he revealed a part of his real cultivation and he could lead the carefree unbothered life he wanted
I read the Raws. Extremely good story. There’s actually Character Development, Couple Growth. No BS. There’s a reason for FL and MC personality but also well executed. She’s not a cold-goddess but like a knight woman or at least a female cultivator with vision and maturity.
This novel is too repetetive, the plot is basically:
Get item for breakthrough -> use it to get to next level -> face enemies a bit weaker than you in a rehashed realm, or in the sect -> Get Item….
There is no romance at all so far (50 chaps) and the realms aren’t that interesting. People always attack him because he is passing next to them when they have some dastardly plot going on. It’s pretty boring for me.
Oh, the grammar is also pretty bad.
The good parts is that except for the bad guys the reactions are pretty realistic.
All in all 3/5 for me. I wouldn’t read it.
This is a novel that sticks to the concept of sign-in and has done it nicely.
Turquoise pond is just a bad title translation, with contect from the story it’s supposed to be jade pool
Sign In Novels are the lowest form of these sorts of novels.
+300 chapters and he is not yet immortal, he travels and fulfills the missions that his teacher entrusts him. Buy wine and mission, wine and mission.
It doesn’t make sense that the MC hid the cultivation from him, since there are countless people stronger than him and the record system doesn’t make him invincible.
The dragon girl was only Kunlun’s Fairy for the MC, winning a lot of unnecessary trouble.
Basically a cultivation novel but instead of a ring with an immortal inside it, an ancient sword or a cursed inheritance comes the record
Sign-In Novels need a warning label.
A great read so far at chapter 114.
Mc’s calculating and intelligent. Always taking the rational route. No posturing. No crowds there to stare open-mouthed while shouting “Is he even human?” etc. When he moves to kill the result is always fast, clean kills.
Highly recommended
Guys dont complain. We can weed out trash novel just by looking at the names. I think this name is great. I skipped it just by looking at the name
Pretty good but
Still impatiently waiting for him to become immortal and show his strength
okay very good when will the story start; cause the story says his gf but when will he get a gf and when will she ask him…
“a unique sign-in system” Well crap, I hate the tons of sign-in stories.
Its a slow paced story, i think theres a build up, all in all pretty good i guess.
One of The most rational novel i read so far, is so good and no BS like son of someone lost and he call the older one etc and always safe is the most important in live
trash romance
Why is this trash rated so high? I got ja-baited..
I feel dirty reading this novel.
I don’t know how to describe it but I noticed that the author purposely avoid fight scenes as they’re really bad. I can’t get the action scenes in my head going like other novels. It might be the author’s first work but this should not be rated so high.
short review to chapter 416
Best Sign In Novel i have read so far.
But is has a romance plot, well written. reminding on teenage or first love novels.
mc is smart and acts if he needs. side chars are colorful, but so far like one or two handful. i like this novel and if you like cultivation novels with op-mc and dont mind romance, it is a must read.
no revenge crap, or some noble idiot throwing insults and have to get killed, just cultivation with time skips and a mc who like to work hard and is a bit reclusive.
not very realistic, but sign-in-system and cultivation world should make this point clear on the start. enjoy
i want to say after reading the other comments, dont trust other people opinion who dont even bother to read 1 chapter or dont understand the title.
the first chapters are not very good, a bit about average. it becomes better after he talks with the sect “goddess”. around chapter 200 it is just binge reading
For anyone that doesn’t like novels where the MC stays low-key, I wouldn’t recommend reading any sign-in novels at all. Especially if you like the garbage trope where the MC wishes to stay low-key but just can’t
Really good novel
Read the novel at your own risk. It’s a good novel and by that I mean there’s nothing particularly great or bad about it. It’s mediocre or bland if I’m being direct. The pacing is painfully slow with very little happening outside some events in which the MC partakes almost always only at the very end. It only gets better much later on as the MC grows and starts taking some initiative, stopping being the observing/passive party. The world building I actually like, we found about the world together with the MC, problem is that the MC is a recluse and an hermit, so it takes hundreds of chapters to even learn how the continent looks like. The major issue is the tags, this is definitely not a cultivation/action/adventure novel, but a romance novel disguised as a cultivation novel. There’s cultivators, there’s the search of immorality, sometime the MC explores, some fights, but all of that is basically on the background. The MC is bland and it’s by choice of the author. It’s kinda interesting sometimes when the overly stoic MC gets surprised, but it does make the interaction with non-recurring side characters extremely boring. The FL is really nice on the other hand, it creates a pleasing contrast with the MC. Overall the novel is boring and slow, managing to get better as it progresses. It builds up, but I don’t think as of yet it’s worth reading so many chapters for it, maybe as the plot unravels I change my mind. The system is like any other system, overpowered and boring. The good thing about it is that it disappears and has 0 plot relevance by chapter 200 iirc, which is when I think the novel starts getting better. I would vote 3.5 max(because some biases otherwise 3 is already stretching it) and I would not honestly recommend it. You can read it, I myself enjoy reading it, but objectively it’s not that great. If I were to rate only the first 100 chapters I would in a heartbeat call it garbage.
Very satisfied with this novel..
Until the end..
I actually enjoyed this novel more than i thought i would but now to rating it
Good points
+World building is quite well done and give a good image of the world they are int
+the relation chip is stable and it’s not harem or is the female lead annoying she is a strong female lead whit hear own personality
+The Combat is well written at least the once that is serious and last longer than a flash lol
+The side characters are actually remember-able and appear repeatedly and not just disappear
+The pacing is nice at least for a slice of life novel it could be faster some time but it’s also not to slow
+and no fatty to befriend our mc instead it’s a funny Dragon prince whit some quirks
The Downsides
-it’s not a big Down side but some times the MC can fella a bit 2D specially in early parts of the novel gets better later tho so just a small –
-plot relevance could be a bit faster pace honestly
So all in all i would say it’s a good novel for those that enjoy Romance cultivation novels whit a slice of life setting and if your not in to slower pace novels whit Lots and lots of action then read some thing ells if you do like novels like “A stay at-home dad’s Restaurant in a Alternate world” <– bit more action and more comedy and bit faster pace at least it fellas like it but quite a good novel if you enjoy this novel but whit Coking involved in it =D
i would give this novel a rating of 8 of10 it has some anoying parts but all in all you get a stable Romance Cultivation slice of life novel
