Not wanting anyone to be a burden and cause a delay in their journey, these people had even abandoned the woman. What was most despicable was how they even took her belongings, then so callously left her lying in the grass of the wilderness.

The man who was addressed as Brother Zhang estimated the distance of their journey and answered, “We should be able to reach around evening time.”

Actually, she had a vague feeling that the person she was looking for was right around the corner. As long as she kept moving forward, she would be able to find him. Even when she had been faced with the dilemma yesterday, she had also safely followed her instincts.
