Chapter 24: What a Seductress!

When Qin Nuan walked over to the studio, the photographer had just taken a few photos of T-SIX. He saw that this group hadn’t found the look they were going for, so the photos he took weren’t very inspiring. He suggested for everyone to take a short break, find a good direction and continue.

Just then, the faint but steady sound of high heels clicking on the floor could be heard. The quiet but regular sound of the steps carried a rhythm that made everyone feel relaxed.

When the people in the studio heard this sound, they all turned to look.

A woman with a curvaceous figure walked in, wearing a simple bright red chiffon dress. The slit of the dress was very high, so one could catch a glimpse of her long and fair legs as she walked, and her slim ankles were wearing a pair of 5″ heels. Her steps were steady and elegant, and the heels hit the floor at a pleasant rhythm.

When she reached the door, she turned slightly to push the glass door open, and her perfect waves slid down her shoulder as she did that. A bright pair of almond-shaped eyes looked towards everyone in the studio as she nodded and smiled faintly and confidently.

“Hello everyone, I’m Qin Nuan. I’m so sorry for making the photographer wait.”

The photographer hugged his camera and took a long time to snap out of his daze. “You’re…so you’re Miss Qin…”

When did such a beauty join the entertainment industry? Why didn’t he know about it? He could have made it big a long time ago.

“Miss Qin, give me a few moments. I’ll be done really soon.”

The photographer’s motivation seemed to have taken an energy boost. He arranged for Qin Nuan to rest first before yelling for T-SIX members to hurry up and stand in their positions, get their poses together, and make up for a lost time.

Bai Weiwei was standing in a corner with Li Lingcheng and noticed that Li Lingcheng’s gaze was stuck to Qin Nuan from when she came in and didn’t look like he was going to look away anytime soon. She was so annoyed that she coughed twice. “Brother Lingcheng, the photographer, is calling for me. I have to go over and take photos now.”

Li Lingcheng looked away only after hearing Bai Weiwei’s voice.

His eyes refocused, and his expression darkened after he realized that he had spent the last few minutes just staring at Qin Nuan.

She was such an eyesore in a red dress!

He decided that he would go back and add a clause in their agreement to say that Qin Nuan was not allowed to wear red dresses.

With this in mind, Li Lingcheng gently caressed Bai Weiwei’s head. “Weiwei, I still have company matters to attend to, so I’ll leave now. Once you’re done, I’ll get my driver to pick you.”

Once he finished saying that, he didn’t even wait for Bai Weiwei’s response before leaving the studio with large strides.

Bai Weiwei took a deep breath when she saw that Li Lingcheng had walked off. She put on her sweetest smile and walked back to the front of the backdrop.

She was wearing a pure white puffy princess-like dress, a tiara on her head, and she stood right in the middle as the other girls surrounded her. She looked just like a sweet and adorable little princess.

The photographer got them to try a few poses and took three shots of each pose. Once they were done, he dismissed them.

Then he yelled for his assistants to change the backdrop to take photos for Qin Nuan.

Bai Weiwei returned to the makeup room, changed out of her clothes, and came back to find that the photographer had put up a new backdrop already. She was feeling indignant, so she pretended that she helped her teammates check the photos that the photographer took and walked back into the studio.

At this moment, Qin Nuan was leaning against a vintage brown leather couch with a glass of red wine in hand. Her pose was lazy yet mesmerizing, and the look in her eyes made her seem like an enchantress who could bewitch one’s heart.

Even with random instructions from the photographer, Qin Nuan could immediately change to a new pose and gaze. The two of them seemed to be able to read each other’s minds, and the photos turned out especially well.

Bai Weiwei looked at the screen that showed a preview of the shots taken. Qin Nuan was leaning against the couch as she looked into the camera. The emotions in her eyes looked like they had more to say, and they made the entire photo come alive with a story to tell.

She couldn’t help but curse Qin Nuan inwardly. What a seductress this woman was!
