Chen’an finally finished dealing with his mother and sent her out of the room.

Chen’an was about to empty the vial of pale red liquid into his mouth when he halted.

His Lifeblood was still full. It would be a waste to use the potion now; it would only be effective if his Lifeblood was reduced first.

It seemed that the duration of recovery was related to how much he drank, but the strength of its effects shouldn’t be affected.

He sat upright.

The scar on his hand that was holding the bottle had disappeared!

“Chen’an, don’t scare me! Have you gone crazy? You were fine just now!” Her face turned as pale as a ghost.
