Xu Wan opened the window and looked out. There was indeed a Lamborghini parked downstairs.

Qiao Chen, who was wearing a long coat, leaned against the car door and lit a cigarette. He seemed impatient.

Xu Wan felt that someone like Qiao Chen might actually get someone to use a loudspeaker to shout for her from downstairs. She was afraid and had no choice but to put on her clothes before rushing downstairs to meet him.

The woman glared at him spitefully. “Gao Hu, don’t you f*cking try anything funny. You already scared away that woman last time. If you continue to mess around, I won’t be able to stay here anymore!”

“Don’t worry, don’t worry. I won’t mess around anymore. That woman was too timid last time. She was so petrified when I merely knocked on the toilet door from outside. Yueyue, what are you even saying? I only have you in my heart. I’m not interested in other women!”

The last time Yue Yue went to work, Gao Hu was sleeping alone at home. When he heard that someone was taking a shower in the bathroom, he suddenly had an idea. He went over to knock on the bathroom door. “Can you hurry up? I need to pee!”

Gao Hu laughed sinisterly and entered the house with his arm around Yue Yue’s slender waist.

Xu Wan shivered in the chilly wind after she went downstairs.

The weather was getting colder.

When Qiao Chen saw Xu Wan coming over, he glared at her coldly. His gaze was like an icy dagger that could cut through Xu Wan’s skin.

“You are damn slow.” Qiao Chen’s tone was irascible.

“Of course I’m not prepared for your sudden visit. Why are you looking for me? Also, how did you find out that I’m staying here?” Xu Wan looked at Qiao Chen warily.

She had just moved out. How did Qiao Chen find out? Could it be that Qiao Chen was the one who sent those relatives who begged money from her?

Qiao Chen laughed mockingly. “Your phone’s location.”

Xu Wan protested, “… You’re invading my privacy!”

Qiao Chen looked at her, unperturbed. “Then sue me.”
