A trace of disgust flashed across Shannon’s eyes. He would always only think of her in that manner.

She didn’t want to think about that day again. He had looked so heartless when she begged him to keep their baby.

“Shannon!” Max roared.

However, Shannon couldn’t listen to anything. She pushed Max out of the room like a crazed woman.

After pushing him out, Shannon locked the door tightly and crumpled to the ground.
