Without hesitating, Qin Mu kicked open the door. The alley was dark, and he felt something was not right. Tang Ning was a girl. Even if she wanted to escape, she would never go to such a dangerous place.

It appeared to be an office study room. An old woman with gray hair sat on a luxurious chair carved out of sandalwood. She looked at Tang Ning kindly.

“Were you the one looking for me?”

“Come here!” The old woman waved at Tang Ning. It seemed like waving her hand would take all her energy to do so.

Tang Ning could not help but feel worried. “Are you ok?”

“I’m fine. I just wanted to see you!”

Tang Ning felt a little strange. Why was the old woman looking at her?

“You’re Tang Ning, but can I call you Ning Ning?”

“Yes, you can.”

“Ning Ning, don’t blame me for bringing you here all of a sudden. I’ve no choice. Here. Sign this contract!”
