Chapter 18: Promise

This was the first night after Qin Feng gave up on himself when the whole family gathered together for dinner. Nannan was very happy and kept chirping like a bird.

Both Qin Feng and Meng Ke stayed silent. They did not talk with each other but spoke to Nannan respectively. The air was still kind of distressing inside the whole room.

When they were done with dinner, Meng Ke did not do the dishes. She exchanged a look with Qin Feng and went to the bedroom.

Qin Feng threw a glance at Nannan and followed her up. They closed the bedroom door as they reached there. Meng Ke, who was seated at the bedside, took out two sets of files from her purse and placed them in front of Qin Feng.

On the first page of the file were two large words—Divorce Contract

“Ke…” Qin Feng was confused. Judging from Meng Ke’s reaction, he thought the situation had gotten better. He just did not understand why she offered the divorce contract again?
