Chapter 35: Seta Museum

This small ship soon entered the lowest and center most black cube of the Tetris cube shaped base.
After entering, the ship stopped. Grimm saw there was a clean and tidy foyer with the same type of humanoid robots everywhere.
Robot 003 said to Grimm “Now, please walk to the show room!”
Grimm left the ship but he didn’t come out of his mecha. The robots didn’t seem to care. 003 led the away ahead.
“This way please!”
The robot walked at the front while Grimm followed behind. Those robots guarding the door didn’t come over. they didn’t seem to worry about Grimm doing anything that would cross the line. Of course, even if Grimm wanted to do something, it wouldn’t be now.
They passed through the corridor and came to a show room.
“This is the original showroom of our Seta civilisation!”
Grimm saw display models of the actual thing. The models displayed a set scene that looked extremely real.
One of these scenes aroused Grimm’s attention.
A flying saucer landed on a plateau and built a construction there. Transporter ships moved the organisms here into the base. From the base, there were people wearing protective clothes and took human like apes and left the base.
003 saw that Grimm was interested in this scene so it explained “This is an advanced civilisation descending on planet Seta and creating out ancestors.”
“Creating…”
Grimm looked at this robot with confusion.
003 continued explaining.
“Yes, creating. Seta race was created by a more advanced civilisation.”
“Okay… where is the Seta race now?”
“The Seta race was struck with a catastrophic attack. Their original planet is damaged. The survivors left the planet and sough refuge elsewhere in the universe. This museum was left by the Seta race before they left.”
Grimm nodded. This place was indeed a ruin.
Grimm wasn’t very interested in this history. He just took a few curious glances. What he was really interested in was what souvenir he would get afterwards!
Therefore, he almost paid no attention to the robot.
He had gone through more than half of the 27 showrooms soon. When he thought they were going to continue, 003 suddenly stopped.
“You’ve been through all the public showrooms. To continue, you need to pay some resources.”
“Where is my souvenir?”
“You can only get it after visiting the paid access showrooms.”
Grimm dazed. He felt he was getting scammed.
“How much resources do I need to pay?”
“100 energy ores.”
“Just a 100, here you go!”
Grimm was thinking. If he was suffering a loss, he would smash this museum!

As soon as he entered the next showroom, he saw racks of all sorts of weapons.
The first one he saw was the heavy firepower Gatlin.
003 explained “This is a primal weapon created by the Seta race. However, it’s firepower is very nice.”
“Primal weapon…”
This heavy firepower Gatlin was his main weapon. Yet, it was just an unused primal weapon. Just how strong was the Seta race?
Clearly, with their power, they could probably destroy his mech with just these few robots.
Otherwise, they wouldn’t let him in like that.
Grimm then saw an even larger machine gun.
003 introduced “What you see now is the storm dragon violent Gatlin. It’s firing speed and calibre is bigger. It’s not much smaller than cannons!”
“Oh my god…”
Grimm was certain that just one bullet from this thing would blow his mecha up.
Shaking his head, Grimm was even more certain he didn’t want to cause trouble here.
Grimm continued the other exhibits. He saw many powerful weapons. Compared to them, Grimm thought his equipment was too petty.
An hour later, they finished the last exhibit.
Grimm looked hopefully at the robot “Can you give out the souvenir now?”
The robot nodded and handed Grimm a metallic card.

Grimm looked at the card and then at the robot.
“That’s it?”
The 20% discount was alright but the problem was… where is the Seta shop?
Wasn’t the Seta civilisation destroyed?
003 explained “The location of the Seta civilisation is destroyed but the seed of their civilisation has spread to all corners of the universe. As long as you have this card, you can buy weapons at a discount when you see the shop!”
Grimm was speechless.
“Ok ok.!”
Grimm couldn’t beat these robots and shook his head “Then tell me where the nearest Seta shop to here is?”
003 shook his head “Seta shops are huge spaceships. Their locations are uncertain but if you want to buy things, you need an ample amount of energy ores. That’s the only currency used by the shop.”
Energy ore?
He had plenty of that!
“Go as you please!”
003 seemed to have made some order. Instantly, a small hidden door opened up on the wall of the last showroom. There was already a spaceship waiting there for them.
Grimm and 003 entered the ship. Then, they flew towards Grimm’s ship.
Moments later, Grimm went back to his own ship while 003 went back to the museum on that ship.
