After a brief hesitation, Yang Yuxi gave in to her urge to take a closer look at the drawing board. She checked that no one was around before she walked with light footsteps towards the drawing board. She lifted the dossal carefully and it was indeed the incomplete sketch that she had previously seen.

Elegant long hair, soft facial contours, it was a hazy image of beauty. The only pity was that the other half of the sketch was blank. The facial features had yet to be drawn. There was no way to tell the appearance of the person. No matter how Yang Yuxi looked at the sketch, she could not tell anything special about it. It was strange why Ye Ming valued the sketch so much, that he disregarded the oil painting that was worth billions of yuan but treated this incomplete sketch as a treasure. The lady on the drawing board must be very important to him. Yang Yuxi muttered to herself. This was the only possible reason. However, it was beyond imagination that such a despicable and shameless man would value a lady to this extent.

While she was deep in her thoughts, Yang Yuxi felt a shadow behind her. She was startled and turned to see that Ye Ming stood outside the study room. He looked sullen and there was an irrepressible rage in his sharp eyes.

Yang Yuxi knew that she was in deep trouble. She released her grip on the dossal in embarrassment, watching Ye Ming from the corner of her eyes, full of trepidation. Yesterday, she learned that the incomplete sketch was very important to Ye Ming. He was an arrogant and proud man, but he was willing to back down and apologized to her when she threatened him with the incomplete sketch. It went to show that he valued the sketch very much, Now that she had looked at it behind his back, he would never let her go.

Yang Yuxi was thinking hard and was about to explain herself when there was a blur in front of her. Ye Ming who had been standing by the door appeared right beside her in lightning speed, a gust of strong wind blew across her face. She had yet to react when her wrist turned numb. “That hurts!” Ye Ming exerted a strong force from his grip, Yang Yuxi could feel that her wrist bones were throbbing and there was a heart-wrenching pain that shot straight through her hand. She could not help but moan in pain. “Scram!” Ye Ming snarled, pushing Yang Yuxi out of the room. She fell straight onto the floor, her forehead hitting the ground, a sense of dizziness engulfed her.

Yang Yuxi moaned before she shook her dizzy head and rubbed her right wrist where Ye Ming had kept a tight grip on it. There were several finger marks on her wrist and it was burning in pain. She realized in shock that Ye Ming’s strength was way beyond her imagination. If he did not throw her to the side in time, her wrist might have snapped due to his tight grip.

“Don’t touch this sketch in the future or I will kill you.” Ye Ming’s cold and chilling voice sounded. The surrounding air seemed to turn icy cold instantly. The study room was engulfed by his flames of fury. Yang Yuxi felt the chills behind her back from his cold stare. She could feel the coldness spreading inside her heart and there was a stifling pressure in the room, pressing in on her. She could not even lift her pinky, not to mention make a noise.

“Scram!” Ye Ming snarled, retracting his gaze from her. Yang Yuxi felt as if she was given amnesty. She hurried to get up and left the study room cautiously. After leaving the room, her knees went limp and she panted hard. She felt as if she had just been to hell.
