The reason for this audition was to pick a second heroine for the movie as it was quite a significant character.

Tang Li had watched a roadshow interview about the film. During the Q&A session, Yuan Jiang described Li Yuan’er as a lively female star.

But, a star was different from an actress.

Even so, Li Yuan’er still received the highest respect and honor because of ‘Ying Xuan’er’.
