Chapter 205 Owe You A Favor
Xiao Zhe was in the middle of a meeting when he received Xi Wan’s call. He hung up without hesitation. When the meeting was over, he called back. When he found out that his nephew had been thrown into the mall alone by his sister-in-law, his originally good mood immediately became gloomy.

“Prepare a car to go to Aude Mall.” Xiao Zhe instructed his assistant.

“Yes.” Although the assistant did not know why the boss was in such a bad mood and wanted to go shopping, he still called the driver.

When Xiao Zhe arrived, Xi Wan and Lu Zhou were playing a game with Xiao Lin in a parent-child shop. Lu Zhou played Xiao Lin’s mother and Xi Wan played Xiao Lin’s father, the three people played Xiao Lin’s family as the shop staff guided them to make clay.

When Xiao Zhe arrived at the shop, Xiao Lin had just finished making three potter figurines. He was happily talking to Xi Wan and Lu Zhou.

“Xiao Lin.”

When Xiao Lin heard the familiar voice, he turned around and shouted in surprise, “Uncle Xiao!”

“Sister Xi Wan, Sister Lu Zhou, my uncle is here to pick me up!”

Lu Zhou had a lively personality, so she and Xiao Lin started to play together. She smiled and touched Xiao Lin’s face, “Go, go.”

Xiao Zhe caught his little nephew who rushed into his arms like a small cannonball. His heart ached as he pulled him up and down to size him.

Xiao Lin let him look at him. “Uncle Xiao, I’m fine. I’m very happy to be with them.”

Xiao Zhe did not say anything and just patted his little head.

“Thank you, Miss Xi. I owe you a favor. If there’s anything I can help you with in the future, you can contact me.” Xiao Zhe hugged Xiao Lin and looked at Xi Wan.

“Mr. Xiao, I won’t be polite with you then. However, as someone who once had a stepmother, I personally suggest that you raise Xiao Lin yourself,” Xi Wan said with a smile.

Xiao Zhe’s expression turned cold as he said to Xi Wan, “Thank you for your reminder, Miss Xi. It’s just that I still want to understand what happened today. If it’s convenient, I’ll treat the two of you to a meal.”

Lu Zhou likes Xiao Lin, so she quickly said, “I don’t have any plans today.”

“We will have to trouble Mr. Xiao then,” Xi Wan nodded.

“Please.”

Xi Wan and Lu Zhou followed Xiao Zhe to the fifth floor of the shopping mall. There was only one restaurant her and only people with a certain amount of money came because this restaurant was famous for being expensive.

“Mr. Xiao, why are you here?” When the restaurant manager saw Xiao Zhe, he immediately ran up to him.

Xiao Zhe nodded and said, “Prepare a private room. I have something to discuss with the two ladies.”

“Alright, please follow me.” The manager immediately led the way.

Xi Wan looked at the manager’s solicitous attitude and knew that this shop must have something to do with Xiao Zhe.

Xiao Zhe saw through her thoughts and said, “The owner of this shop is my good friend.”

“I see. I thought you were the boss!” Lu Zhou suddenly realized something.

Xiao Zhe smiled but did not say anything.

“This is the menu, please take a look.”

The manager wanted to pass the menu to Xiao Zhe but Xiao Zhe glanced at him and the manager immediately passed the menu to Xi Wan and Lu Zhou.

After ordering the dishes and waiting for the dishes to be served, Xi Wan told Xiao Zhe about the scene where she met Xiao Lin.

When Xi Wan saw Xiao Lin, there were actually quite a few people surrounding him. Most of them were warm-hearted university students who were trying their best to comfort the crying Xiao Lin. Xi Wan watched for more than ten minutes, but no one succeeded in comforting Xiao Lin.

Some of them were impatient and even wanted to carry Xiao Lin to the police station. However, Xiao Lin stared at them warily as soon as he saw them approaching, as if he would run away as soon as others approached him, so they gave up on that idea.
