After an unknown amount of time had passed, she heard the matchmaker sing again, “The bride has arrived. The bride may get off the sedan chair…”

Su Kui was supported by two matchmakers as she could not see anything before her. She did everything according to the matchmakers’ instructions.

Finally, the matchmakers released her and placed a section of red silk in her hands.

Jun Mo chuckled. He took a wine glass and passed it to her. “Bear with it for a little longer. Let’s drink the cross-cupped wine first.”

Actually, Su Kui was so sleepy that she was not thinking clearly. She had been awakened early in the morning to freshen up and get dressed. Then, they had been busy until the moon rose. She could not handle it anymore.

She just took the wine glass with her little hands. Looking at Jun Mo with her watery cat-like eyes, she softly asked, “Will you always be nice to me?”

They crossed arms and drank the liquor in the glass.

Then, amid the lingering aroma of wine, he kissed her on the lips tenderly.
