In the walk-in wardrobe, Su Kui chose a chiffon dress and a knitted pink coat. Her long, voluminous, and curly hair was gently tied up to the back.

Su Kui looked into the dressing mirror and snapped her fingers cheerfully.

‘Nice!’ Although she did not look very fetching in the dress, it did a good job of outlining her curvaceous figure, which incidentally softened her overly bright look.

When she walked into the living room, she saw a brown paper bag on the spotless glass coffee table as expected. It probably contained some documents.

She picked it up and held it in her arms. She walked sprightly because she knew that she was going to see him again very soon.

A red Maserati whipped up a cloud of dust as it stopped in front of Song Financial Group’s crowded office building, causing a number of well-dressed and elite gold-collar workers with briefcases in their hands to look sideways.

When the car door opened, a slender white leg stepped out. Then, the crowd was dazzled by the view before them.

A beauty was in sight; she was breathtaking and graceful…

Those were probably the words used to describe the woman who was walking slowly toward them at that moment. Although the description might sound a bit cliche, it was more than adequate to describe her.

“Hi, may I know which floor the chairman’s office is on?”

A clear and gentle female voice interrupted their enchantment. A man who stood opposite Su Kui scratched his head and said in embarrassment, “What? Oh… the chairman’s office is on the 36th floor. Walk through that door, and you’ll find the elevator…”

Looking at him with her bright eyes, Su Kui smiled gently, and in a sincere tone, she said, “Thank you.”

Even after she left, the man was still scratching his head and grinning.

His fellow slapped him on the back of his head and mocked him sourly, “Come to your senses! She’s gone, and you’re embarrassing yourself!”

“The beauty is looking for the chairman. Buddy, we don’t stand a chance with her.”

Of course, Su Kui did not hear what they said. She was walking gracefully into the building. The moment she stepped through the door, a sweet-looking receptionist in a professional outfit stopped her.

She glanced at the secretary’s outfit, which exposed half of her breasts. Su Kui raised her eyebrow. ‘Looks like someone here is going to be nice to her.’

“Miss, how may I help you?” The woman seemed to be smiling wholeheartedly at her. She even gestured in such a way that one could not find a single fault in it. Yet, the disdain and hostility in her eyes did not escape Su Kui’s eyes.

She lowered her gaze to conceal the flash of sarcasm in her eyes and replied, “Why? Do you have a problem with me looking for Song Cheng?”

“You!” The woman became furious and stared at her with her wide eyes. However, in place of anger, she smiled and asked, “May I ask if you have an appointment? Our chairman is very busy. It’s not like any random woman can just walk in here and meet him whenever she wants to.”

There were always some women in the world who did not know their place. They dreamed of joining the upper class by marrying a rich guy. Obviously, the woman in front of Su Kui had included her in that category, acting as though she had seen through Su Kui.

Of course, the original owner of this body was indeed such a person.

But Su Kui was not!

She scoffed and softly said, “Oh? Is it?”

Su Kui’s attitude made the receptionist feel powerless, as she was not striking back at her snide remarks at all.
