Chapter 30: If She Gave Birth to Second Child, Would She Make It in Time?

Gu Tingwei explained to Mo Heng, his expression unchanging, “I told her that eating vegetables would make her taller. So Tangtang said that she would eat some with me.”

Tangtang: “!!!!!!”

Not me! I did not! You’re speaking nonsense!

Incredibly pleased, Mo Heng pinched Tangtang’s meaty cheeks and planted a kiss on her round, smooth forehead. “Tangtang is the best!” he praised.

They all sat around a circular table, with Tantang sitting directly opposite Gu Tinwei, and Mo Heng and Yu Jiaojiao sitting next to their respective children.

Ever since Gu Tingwei had been able to hold a spoon, he had never allowed anyone to feed him. He never caused others to worry about him when it came to his feeding or nourishment.

When Tangtang first learned how to use a spoon, she couldn’t use it well. She would constantly make a mess of all her food. This would have been fine if she were at home, but dirtying someone else’s lounge wouldn’t be good. Hence, Mo Heng fed her instead.

Tangtang sat obediently in place, parting her delicate little lips just like a chick crying piteously for food. She waited for Mo Heng to deliver the food into her mouth before swallowing it hurriedly with a gulp. When Yu Jiaojiao saw this scene, she was full of admiration.

If it wasn’t for her image as a female celebrity, and if she hadn’t been Mo Heng’s senior…

She cupped her face with her hands and subconsciously imitated Tangtang parting her lips. She grinned widely, just like an idiot with an IQ of 10.

Gu Tingwei helplessly shook his head and continued to swallow his food slowly and elegantly.

After feeding Tangtang a few pieces of meat, Mo Heng realized that the little kid was eating with great gusto. So, he picked up a piece of green vegetable and stuffed it into the little kid’s mouth.

“Boohoo…” Tangtang ate it in one mouthful.

Then, after pretending to chew for a while, she hid the vegetable under her tongue.

Following which, she widened her mouth and pointed to the meat, gesturing that she wanted more.

“Tangtang, you need to chew the veggies into smaller bits before you swallow,” Mo Heng warned, afraid that the child would choke.

Tangtang nodded her head before urging Mo Heng to feed her more meat.

When he saw that Tangtang had obediently eaten the vegetable, Mo Heng didn’t think too much more about it and alternated between feeding her a chopstick full of meat and a chopstick full of vegetables…

On the opposite side of the table, Gu Tingwei witnessed all this with great clarity. As Tangtang’s cheeks gradually swelled, he asked Yu Jiaojiao, “Mom, is the toothbrush set you gifted me still around?”

Yu Jiaojiao nodded her head. “Of course it is.”

Gu Tingwei said, “Then let’s gift it to Tangtang. Once we finish eating, I’ll takeTangtang to brush her teeth.”

Yu Jiaojiao was delighted. “Alright!”

Gu Tingwei was becoming more and more like a big brother. He took care of Tangtang so meticulously.

A bold idea even formed in Yu Jiaojiao’s mind.

If she gave birth to a second child for Gu Tingwei… would it be too late?

If she was able to give birth to a little girl who was as cute as Tangtang, it would be worth the effort! Surely Gu Tingwei would cherish a younger sister in the same way.

Fortunately, Gu Tingwei was both attentive and generous.
