Chapter 36: Dinner before the Opening

Soon, Lin Yan, the masters, and the employees arrived at Play. What they saw was a large grassland, but there were small round pavilions on the grassland. Looking Up, they could hear laughter coming from many round pavilions.

The dishes were almost ready. Sheng Yuxi, who was wearing a suit and a black coat, and Sheng Xinqin, who was wearing a purple one-piece dress and a windbreaker, stood inside the round pavilion.

Sheng Xinqin easily found Lin Yan among the crowd and knew why her brother asked her to come. It must have been arranged by her sister-in-law.

Lin Yan replied, “okay, then I’ll call you Xin Xin. It sounds so nice. Then don’t call me Sister Lin. Just call me Lin Lin. It sounds friendly.”

When the person next to Lin Yan saw the conversation between the two of them, he automatically pulled out a seat so that Sheng Xinqin could sit next to Lin Yan. When Lin Yan saw the seat, she pulled Sheng Xinqin over and sat down.

Sheng Xinqin sat down. When she saw that her brother had already been arranged to sit across from her, she looked at her brother arrogantly. She happily sat next to Lin Yan.

When the two of them sat down, even though they both looked extraordinary, their arrival did not affect the lively atmosphere. Soon, Sheng Xinqin started eating skewers and drinking beer under Lin Yan’s lead. She did not care about Sheng Yuxi’s dark expression at all.

The masters replied, “it should be done. The hard work is worth it.” The lively picnic came to an end at midnight.

After Lin Yan sent the staff and the masters away, she thought about going to the theater, so she said to Sheng xinqin, “Xinxin, I’m going to shoot in the theater after the shop is open. If you have time, can you help me take care of the shop?”

“I’m still looking forward to this shop. I’ve put a lot of effort into it. I don’t want it to be managed by people who I don’t trust. I want it to be managed by people who like delicious food.”
