Chapter 4 – A Little Favor (1)

When Su Jishi woke up, she was already on a private plane ten thousand meters high above the ground.

The first second she opened her eyes, the memory of what had happened to her before she lost consciousness came rushing into her mind.

What the hell?

On the contrary, she felt like she was in heaven, feeling the soft mattress beneath her and the warmth of the room adjusted to at least 22 degrees temperature. A thin layer of silky blanket covered her body and when she lifted it, Oh boy! Horrified couldn’t even describe what she felt at the moment.

Gone were her trusty scarf, her comfortable suit—replaced with a set of sports underwear!

And the most terrible thing was, sitting right next to her in the bed, is a big man with a dangerous appearance.

The big fellow was of enormous build, and his rippling muscles looked like they were about to burst from his black suit anytime soon. Having a thin, round haircut resembling that of a convict, it made his appearance even fiercer.

But his appearance wasn’t the only thing that made Su Jishi wish her early grave…

It was because, the big man was holding her ankle in his left hand and a tiny brush in his other hand—painting her toenails.

What?!

When she had a glimpse of the 3D petal design on her toenails, goose bumps suddenly spread throughout her body. On impulse, she kicked the man flat in the face!

Caught off-guard by the attack, the big man was knocked over a pile of bottles and cans which created a massive ruckus inside the once serene room.

The noise caught attention outside, and not long after, Su Jishi heard urgent steps approaching the room.

In no time, the door was opened, scraping against its hinges, and then came out a familiar figure.

“What is happening?!” Of course, it was none other than Fang Xie with saucer-like eyes as he looked around the room.

Su Jishi quickly sat up, wrapped herself with the quilt using one hand, and quickly jumped into a corner. She snapped, “’What is happening?! I should be the one asking this instead of you! Why did you kidnap me?!”

At this time, the muscular manicurist she kicked over managed to get up from the floor. He clutched his nose carefully as wisps of blood oozed down his nostrils.

He had to pretend to be calm and take care of his injured nose but just couldn’t. Like a child, he cradled his nose, his eyes watery.

The current scene was quite ridiculous.

Su Jishi was surrounded by two men, but she was not worried about her life. Unless they have any other special hobbies, no one will just take a girl for a petty manicure session, right?

Fang Xie immediately raised a smile and planned to adopt the “talking to a child” technique.

“Miss Su, please calm down, we bear no malice… “

Unfortunately, Su Jishi had been fooled by him once. Blast that alcohol! This time she couldn’t believe anything he says. Thus, she watched him vigilantly, searching for any tools in the room.

All of a sudden, her eyes lit up when she noticed that her clothes and backpack were piled up neatly at the corner of the room. And on the side of the backpack, her geological hammer was safely inserted! As long as she finds a chance to dash and touch her little hammer…

She would definitely blast the heads of these two men off!

Fang Xie was still pranting on, “Miss Su, we invited you to come—actually we want to ask you to do us a favor.”

His voice neither rose or fell in octave, and it reminded Su Jishi of the robotic voices from airports.

Suddenly, the private plane encountered turbulence. Fang Xie was not able to stand firm and stumbled on his knees to the floor, quite pathetically.

Fang Jie: “…”

Muscular man manicurist: “……”

Su Jishi finally showed a little smile: “Yes, that is the right attitude of someone asking for a favor.”

To save the little dignity left in him, Fang Xie desperately wanted to stand up but knelt again when he sensed another turbulence.

Su Jishi said, “Don’t get up, just kneel down like that and tell me what you have to say.” Impatience was getting on her. The students must have wondered where she went!

She has a strong aura, Fang Xie couldn’t help but notice, especially when he’s kneeling like a fool at her feet.

Obviously, she was only wearing a set of sports bra and shorts, nothing of elegance. Yet, she exuded this aura that made it seem like she was wearing an expensive, designer’s dress—radiant and superior.

Fang Xie was stunned speechless and couldn’t help but stare in awe. Why did he expect that Su Jishi wouldn’t be such a hard nut to crack? Maybe it was because he thought the sisters were similar in character and Su Jishi would be obedient after being coaxed.

After all, he was not a villain or person with evil motives. At this moment, he couldn’t show an untrustworthy face; he could only recite the lines he had written in advance unsurely, “I am your sister’s manager—”

“My sister’s manager?” she interrupted. This answer greatly surprised Su Jishi. And when she remembered what the students had said before, she was able to piece the puzzle together.

“Jinqing?”
