CHAPTER 49: I AM YOUR **** 

it will not be fun so i censored it. I’ll post the real title at the end so…ENJOY reading ^o^

  Back when I was still in Japan, I remember watching it in the television. 

A giraffe visiting a hotel. 

It seems like it was in Africa. The giraffes were situated in a wide-open area and when you go to one of the rooms the giraffes will go near it and when you open the window, their long neck will pass through it. 

(Eunie here: pictures will be down below. I think they were talking about the giraffe manor in the safari) 

In short this inn is――

“This is a hotel where dragons visit.”

I muttered to myself while clinging with all my might to the wall, far away from the dragon.

Uwaah. Amazing. 

Just thinking about what’s amazing is unlike a giraffe, this is so much scarier. Even if they have a visitors pass, you’ll still worry. But rejecting this visit is probably the scariest. 

“Hurst-san”

That’s why I couldn’t help but be nervous when calling out help from Hurst-san.

Because they told me that dragons don’t get along with humans. Unless you are a knight with the skill “dragon knight”, it is plain impossible… …!

But at this very moment, I don’t think there’s anyone with a ‘dragon knight’ skill and right now Zezgard-san isn’t even here.

Which means this dragon and its “gyabushu” came here out of its own free will. In short, it is just like a wild beast. Just like the brown bears in Hokkaido.**

      ――Higuma/brown bears are scary. They’re extremely dangerous.

However!

   We have an extremely reliable and handsome polar bear, Hurst-san!

There’s absolutely nothing to fret!

“I see”

However, after doing a once over glance at Gyabusshu, the person I seek for help let go of his sword. 

Eh. Why?

“Hurst-san? 

That’s why I couldn’t help but let out a quizzical voice. Just why was his vigilance towards Gyabusshu gone?

“Shina-sama, Gyabusshu doesn’t seem like an enemy”

“Hah?”

Eh? No. No. No. Since it came here, it’s mouth has been wide open and you can clearly see its sharp teeth and doesn’t it look like it will swallow us whole if we get a bit closer to it?

“Can you hear this sound?”

Eh? Do you mean this ngugaongugao? This rumbling like sound echoing all throughout the room?”

“Yes. To be honest this sound isn’t really such a rare thing.”

“Haaa”

“It’s just a purr like sound that it makes from its throat.”

“Purring.”

“It just wants to be spoiled”

“To be fawn over?”

“Yes. To be fawn over.”

This hellish like sound?

Is it the same as the purring sound a cat makes?

Due to the unthinkable information told by Hurst-san, all I could do is to echo out his words.

What to do? I just can’t see this species of sullen dragons the same as the animals I categorized as adorable.

“Shina-sama, it seems like Gyabusshu wants to try this dish as well. Will it be okay to give it some?” 

“Ah. Yes. Of course.” 

While still in a dazed, Hurst-san gave me some sort of eye signal, telling me to look over the table where there’s still some half-eaten apple pancake topped with milk gelato that is melting more and more amidst all this.

And when Hurst-san grabbed his plate of half-eaten apple pancake and offered it right in front of Gyabusshu’s mouth. Then from Gyabusshu’s scary mouth, its slippery tongue came out and in one sweep it placed the pancake into its mouth.

“ngaaaaaaaa!”

 “What to do? Ryhleigh-kun it seems like just now I might have understood what the dragon just said.” 

“Un. Me too.”

” It said, ‘Delicious’ just now right!?”

“Un. I heard the same thing as well.”

While we were conversing like that, Gyabusshu who just ate started to shine brightly. And when the bright light dispersed, the dragon tilted its head and looked over at Hurst-san, Ryhleigh-kun and finally when our eyes meet 

“Sha? Shaa?――

A, a, a… a… …!

“Ryleigh-kun! Tha-that sullen dragon just… …! That dragon that looks at humans like they’re trash just… …!”

“Un. Though I don’t think Gyabusshu did some like that.”

While I was feeling touched I feel like I heard Ryleigh-kun said something but well let’s just leave that aside.

” Its eyes suddenly went all soft and sparkly… …!”

It wasn’t like Gyabusshu’s appearance or shape changed when he ate my dish. Its size is the same as is, its fangs are still sharp-looking and its scales are the same bright sparkly red and its claws that are placed over the window still look rough and gritty. 

But…

But its eyes are cute.

Its eyes are cute!

It is extremely cute!!

That’s why forgetting that I was scared out of my wits a few seconds ago, I went near Gyabusshu and when I did so, Gyabusshu seems to call me out as it makes a ‘shaashaa’ sound and the same “ngugaongugao” purr-like sound echoing inside the room… …

Un… …!

Yes! Yes!

Mommy is here… …!

Even though just now I found his mouth and its shape scary. But that pleading voice that comes from it, the pleasantly cold feeling of its shiny scales and then it sticks out its tongue and then it licked me. 

“… …Uuuuh! … …Adorable!”

I feel my heart tightening from its cuteness and then Gyabusshu looked so happy as its golden eyes turned into slits. 

… …I thought of dragons as scary and even told myself I’ll never ever ride one. 

But this is this and that is that. 

  ――  I’ll forget about the past for what is important is the present!

That’s why I couldn’t help but pat the nose bridge of the pleasantly cold Gyabusshu. 

It seems like Ryleigh-kun who was also beside me near the wall has moved besides Hurst-san, as I can see them from the corner of my eye and I can somehow feel both of their eyes looking over where I am, while they converse about something. 

“Vol-san… …have you ever seen a dragon be this attach to people.”

“Ah. I’ve never seen a dragon allow a human to be so close to it”

… …Is what I can somehow hear from the two of them.

That’s right. They did say that dragons are aloof and they never really mingle with people unless you have the ‘dragon knight’ skill. But of course, I do not have such skills. 

The one with that skill is Zezgard-san… …Oh, that’s right! Weren’t they supposed to stay and camp at the outskirts of the town? But its partner, Gyabusshu is here. 

… …Where in the world is Zezugard-san?

As if looking into the far horizon, I looked over Hurst-san and as if answering my question, Hurst-san glanced over the door and then… …

I can hear the loud thumping of footsteps and then with a loud bang, the door was slammed open.

  “Oi! Gyabusshu! What the heck are you doi ――”

And in the wide-opened door, a person seems to have rolled into our room. His body seemed to have frozen stiff as soon as his eyes laid upon me. 

Those sharp golden-colored eyes of his seem to be in deep shock. He seems to have dash with all his might since his long red hair is a little bit in disarray.

” ngugaongugao “

The terrace on the second floor of the inn, a dragon is thrust in and then there’s me who’s patting and doing ‘there, there’ on its nose bridge and that hellish deafening sound.

“… …What the hell is this.”

He muttered.

Upon hearing that, I stopped petting him and slowly removed my hand from Gyabusshu. 

However, as if against my actions, Gyabushu licked me again.

“A, aa… …aaah”

Upon seeing the scene that just happened, that person’s knees seem to have weakened as he flopped himself down on the floor.
 
And despite being in a crumbling state, he never looked away from me and Gyabusshu. 

   Then  ――

” n ga a ！ aaa！ ！ ？ ？ “

He roared.

  ” M…my Gyabusshu….the world’s coolest Gyabusshu is…aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ”
