And many had no idea at all — those who had chosen betrayal for the survival of their villages were pushed into deep pits by the enraged people and stoned to death. Those who betray others will eventually be betrayed by their own.

People attempted to pick up the bones, to perform rites and burial for Helquinn and his followers. However, the seal of the Supreme Heaven was not so easily lifted, and ordinary funerals could not redeem their wronged spirits.

These hero souls, tainted by anger and hatred, roamed the wilderness at night, slaughtering once again the humans they once protected.

Day after day, he lived in a daze between life and death, almost forgetting who he was, but the hatred in his heart was never forgotten.

Until the ascension ceremony.

He briefly became “Helquinn” once again, and finally remembered who he was.

A deep blue Ring was branded around the Pegasus pattern — then the Array began to collapse from the outermost circle, leaving only a blue Ring about a meter in diameter.

Two large new Tarot Cards, one above the other, were slowly printed out from the void, appearing above and below the Ring. Deep blue bolts of electricity connected between the two cards, as if some magnetic force was pulling them gradually closer together.

Judgment turned into Eternity; the horn-blowing Angel became a tripartite figure of light and shadow, overlapping with colors. It symbolized past lives, present life, and future reincarnations.

The gentle and kind Pope, who held his hands high, had become somewhat terrifying. Behind him was a halo like a mirror, with nine rose-adorned spikes about to fall onto his head, and his throne portraying an elephant and a bull, symbolizing burden. Below the giant Pope, there was a small goddess, one hand holding a bow, the other a Sword. In the center of the image was a pentagram — and a newborn was within it.

Finally, as the cards were gradually formed and became clear, they slowly moved towards the center.

The moment the two cards tightly joined together, they burst into a dazzling display of lightning — and the illusion shattered instantly.

When Aleister opened his eyes again, he found a blue crystal transparent card slowly rotating in front of him. The card depicted a Pegasus in a dull yellow outline.

Aleister reached out and inscribed the name Aiwass.

And its attributes were immediately revealed.
