Like the other Sin Cards, its mana consumption is a fixed five points, unwavering.

Compared to the complex and difficult-to-understand Night Fiend card, the Sin Card of the Wild Hunt King, despite its verbosity, is much easier to comprehend.

The ability to actively sneak into the interlayer of the world–this is a quite impressive effect itself. Even for a Celestial Marshal that descends into the world, the power to attack across worlds is exceedingly rare.

“Phantom Step” itself belongs to a high-level Path of Dusk ability and is exclusive to the Undead. To use it as a living person, one must at least transform their race into Undead… just like the Black Chancellor.

Apart from Extraordinary Skills like rituals that can already cross worlds to target and deal damage, or delayed-triggering abilities like curses or toxins, it’s basically invincible against other Path abilities.

–After all, rituals can even pull down Celestial Marshals from the Dream Realm, so it’s quite normal to give the interlayer a shot.

Although as a living person, forcibly entering the Spiritual World will continue to cause blood loss, it’s possible to absorb the lost blood back!

As long as one is riding the Phantom Steed, this state can be ended at any time, summoning the Wild Hunt King to spear the enemy! Summoning the Wild Hunt King directly would draw too much attention… but one can always use a “loose-packed Wild Hunt King” attack!

Until this new weapon is forged, at most, it means using the Thunder Javelin once more to manually gear up Helkin.

After all, during Aleister’s ascension ritual, he experienced it for himself–the Thunder Javelin is far stronger than the “wife’s spine gun,” incomparably so in terms of stats.

Even if “Favna’s Dragon Bone” was not damaged, its attributes are barely useful for Helkin.

Its two strongest abilities are “Blood Extraction” and “Dragon Flame Infusion.”

The current mana pools of the Wild Hunt King are Wind, Earth, Darkness, perfectly aligning with that of the Son of the Moon!

For Helkin, the only two useful sets of attributes from this gun are [Heavy Weapon] and [Dragon Bone Protection], which allow him to modestly increase his Attack Power and defensive power, but that’s it. Over the long passage of time, as the weight of the Dragon Spear gradually decreases, the effect of [Heavy Weapon] will also fade.

Meanwhile, the [Three-Level Affinity for Lightning] of the “Thunder Javelin” would only grant someone without an Affinity for Lightning like Aiwass a slight resistance to lightning. Yet for Helkin, who already possesses the Affinity for Lightning trait, this will be a monumental upgrade–as the Affinity level is higher, the improvement is greater.

It means that if Aleister adds the “Thunder Javelin” to Helkin’s equipment, then Helkin will be much stronger than even the most ideal state of King Helkin of the Wild Hunt!

In future battles against the Fallen Celestial Marshal, or even other Celestial Marshals brought down by the Ring of Ouroboros, the Wild Hunt King will be his reliable main force for output!
