With the Princess and her female Knight, we departed the next morning.

On the way there, we found a wide open field, and I began the preparation for [Enchantment].

Sia: “Uーk, do you besーー”

[Unpehーー]

Sia and Boris are cheering me on. But you guys, all I’m doing is capturing Royce’s Spell inside my Alchemy BOX.

Royce: “AーAre you sure about this, Sir Lou Quain?” Ain: “Yes, it’s going to be fine. If you’re worried, let’s start with your weakest Spell first.” Royce: “Yes, let’s. Are you ready?” Ain: “I’m ready!”

I prepare an Alchemy BOX that’s about 1 meter wide. The max size of the BOX is limited to how high my level is, but I can create a BOX of any size as long as it’s 5 cm or bigger where it originally began.

Royce: “Then here I come! {Mini Fire}”

Oh, I knew he preferred {Fire} Type Spells.

I caught it easily inside the BOX and call Sia over.

Sia: “Here, rock.” Ain: “Thanks. So now, I can put anything inside the BOX andーー enchantment is done. It’s ready.” Royce: “Hey, hey. Sir Lou Quain, it can’t be that easyー”

I took a rock out of the BOX, and it now carries a color of burning fire.

I threw it in a direction where no one was standing.

As it hit the ground, fire erupted from that spot and exploded.

It’s the same {Mini Fire} as the monkey on the island, but Royce’s Spell has more power.

“What theー?!”

Royce: “WhーWhat’s going on? My Spell was sucked into the BOX and…….huh?”

Ain: “This is my [Gift], [Enchant]. But I have to use it as a set with the BOX or it doesn’t work. That’s why everyone thought that it was a useless [Gift] at first.

I thought so too.

Royce: “Then we’ll use that [Enchant] and create a lot of Lightning Spell casting rocks?”

Ain: “Yes. We can find rocks anywhere, and most importantly, they’re easy to throw.”

Sia: “Uーk, Sia do too?” She’s probably asking if I want her to cast her {Ice} Spell.

But our opponent is an Ice Dragon. If I cast a Spell of the same Magic Type, worst case scenario, it might heal my opponent.

I kindly declined, but she drooped her ears with disappointment.

I feel really bad……….but it can’t be helped this time.

Royce: “Okay then! Avenges! Start collecting the rocks! Sir Lou Quain! I’ll blast as many Spells as I can!”

Ain: “Oh, no. You only need to fire one Spell and I can enchant as many times as I like.”

Royce: “Whー………just one? You only need me to cast once?” Why is he looking so disappointed now.

It was difficult figuring out how to capture an AOE Spell.

Just to be safe, we captured {Thunder Bolt} which has incredible power used alone, and {Plasma Net} which casts a net made from lightning that causes electrical shock to the enemy caught inside. We enchanted these two Spells into countless rocks.

Royce: “This tiny little rock holds my Spell, huh……….RAAAAAGH!!”

Royce yells ridiculously loud as he chunks the rock.

It hits the ground andーーhuh? Nothing happened.

Royce: “Hm? Sir Lou Quain?” Ain: “HーHuh? Was there a regular rock mixed inside?”

I throw another rock to test.

An electrical {ZAAAPPPPP!!} resounds as a ball of lightning appears and burns the ground.

Eriol: “Let me give it a try. It might be that only the original caster of Spell is able to use this.”

Ain: “I’ve never tested it out, so I wouldn’t know.”

Eriol: “Thenーー”

But the rock the Prince threw also didn’t do anything.

Eri: “IーIt’s not my brother’s fault. Lou Quain probably gave him a rotten, useless rock. Here.” But the rock Princess Aires threw landed right in front of usーー

Eriol: “You idiot! That’s way too close!”

I hurriedly pushed Sia away and the Princess who was right next to me.

Eriol: “Aireーーs…….oh, this one didn’t work either.”

Nothing happened, but it gave me quite the scare.

Ain: “(sigh)………..are you okay, Sia? Sorry for pushing you all of a sudden.”

Sia: “All gooー Uーk tried to save Sia.”

Ain: “And please excuse me, Princess.” The Princess was sitting on the ground, and I reached out to help her up, but she only looked up at me with a blank expression. Her cheeks were slightly red.

But as soon as she came to herself, she hit my hand away and stood up on her own.

The Prince picked up the rock and handed it to me. The rock was not its usual gray color, but was marbled with fluorescent blue and yellow on the outside.

I’m pretty certain that it has the Spell effect enchanted on it.

I throw the rock to test andーー

{BOOOOOOM!! ZAAAAPPPPPPP!!} and burns the ground.

Why? Royce: “Hmmmmm, maybe you aren’t able to use the enchantment without the BOX, Sir Lou Quain?” Ain: “WーWait, so there’s a connection?” Royce: “If you are the only one who can use the BOX, then the same rule may apply to anything you [Enchant] inside the BOX.” IーIt becomes a Magic Item that only I can use? Then…….I would have to be the one throwing a bunch of stones then……….

Royce: “HA HA HA! Regardless, let’s do our best, Sir Lou Quain!! HA HA HA HA!!”

Mr. Intense Royce seems to be enjoying himself.

Well……I guess if it’s just throwing a bunch of rocks, I’ll just have to do my best.

Sia: “Uーk, you can do itーー”

[Unpehー]

Ain: “Thanks, I’ll do what I can.” I pat Sia’s head, and she squinted her eyes as she enjoyed the feeling.

My eyes suddenly caught Princess Aires who was looking in my direction.

She immediately looked away, but her face seemed to be a little red.

I hope she didn’t get hurt when I pushed her away.

Ain: “Princess, are you injured anywhere?” I tried to be polite and ask butーー

Eri: “OーOf course not. HーHmph! You do indeed need to do your best!”

And returned to her horse carriage.
